[MoFA] June Ambassador Reports

Day 2,019, 21:09 Published in Ireland Ireland by Irish Foreign Ministry

In this issue, citizens and allies of Ireland will be given the following interviews and statements:

An Interview from the MoFA of the United States
Ambassador: Shadowfang
Official: NewAzazel

A Statement from the Chilean MoFA
Ambassador: Johnny Jnr
Official: Calois

S: Why did USA join CoT?

N: We joined CoT because we sought to change our foreign policy track. We saw EDEN as dying and saw CoT as on the rise. We also desired closer relationships with former allies like Chile and Bulgaria, and also turned former foes into friends, like Macedonia and Indonesia.

S: How does CoT treat USA as their newest member and what is the community in the alliance like?

N: We have an equal voice in CoT matters just like every other country. We receive support from member states and help them out where we can. The community has been very welcoming and friendly thus far.

S: Could you tell us a little bit about the previous USA presence in Europe with the #French regions you held recently?

N: We desired to gain Aquitaine and failed to do so. We are now attempting to return regions to France and get them a congress.

S: Is there any hope for Ireland if they wish to join CoT? Why should we vote to join the alliance? Personally and/or Offically what is the opinions on a possible eIrish application?

N: Anyone is welcome to pursue a relationship with CoT. The eUS is a good example of that. CoT would support Ireland's goals and it would bring in another member that the eUS is friendly with. Personally, and officially, the eUS would welcome attempts by Ireland to apply to CoT.

S: USA and Ireland have always been good friends. Would you still describe our relations as so?

N: Yes, Ireland and USA are still good friends.

S: The tension between CoT and TWO is obvious but what is their relations with smaller alliances e.g NaN or Asgard like?

N: CoT has become more friendly with Asgard, while TWO is still opposed since several ACT members have conflict with them. NaN is kind of ignored by both sides, and I think they want it that way. The USA would like closer relations with Asgard if there are no problems between them and CoT.

S: Thank you for your time!

"I have to be honest. We are a little angry with Ireland. When Bulgaria and Chile leave TEDEN there was a lot of "Hail Bulgaria, Chile, Rusia, India and Ireland". We consider Ireland a friend in that time. But with the time we saw that Ireland doesn´t help us and doesn´t watch for our friendship. We give a lot of help, but in exchange we only received a backstab with our worst enemy.

We saw that as a betrayal to Bulgaria too. They helped you a lot, they give you a lot and you join CUA, an anti-CoT alliance.
In that moment you knew what the decision meant.

I know that article, I saw it and i comment it some things there.
We try to warn you, we said to you that Argentina was a traitor country. We was in TERRA and we knew that, the same as Paraguay, NZ and Australia.

You chose bad and every choice haves a consequence.

So, we are open to change our point of view of Ireland and see is there is a possibility of cooperate in the future.
But that is in this moment a thing that Ireland haves to prove.

Sorry for being so honest, but I want to put the reality so you know where and how to work to win our trust again."

Regards,
Calois,
Minister of Foreign Affairs
