Official statement regarding EDEN and the present situation

The Government of Finland has carefully followed the developments in the EDEN alliance and analyzed the shifts in the global geopolitical situation. Although the events have unfolded largely as we have predicted, the Government of Finland still wishes to express its concern over the recent actions of few of the member states.

We find that the signing of MPPs with the enemy without the consent of the EDEN HQ is shortsighted, dangerous and deceitful. It only serves to create tensions between the member states, who in the near past had the honor to fight side by side with the soldiers of the nations that now seem to be abandoning the alliance and openly fraternize with the enemy.

Ignoring the events of the past and how various countries have fought and sacrificed for you, for the possibility of reaping temporarily fun and excitement for the country's leadership and select few, sets a dangerous path for the country, closing more possibilities than it opens. We, the Government of Finland, do not see any opened new possibilities in signing MPP with Hungary at the moment, not for Poland, nor for Spain, nor for any other EDEN country.

We firmly believe that the only thing a person or a nation has in the end is their reputation. Forsaking old friends in a dishonorable manner reflects poorly on the leaders, and the nation at large.

Therefore, the Government of Finland wishes to make it absolutely clear that Finland will not abandon EDEN and our most beloved friends and allies in their hour of need. We continue to show our support to the alliance we are proud to have been members of since its birth. Alliance, for which we have bled our wellness fighting and winning in battles with nations we now gladly call our brothers.

We try our utmost to recover what has been lost, and with our efforts aspire to create a better EDEN.

Due to the rapidly deteriorating situation that places the territorial integrity of our nation and the nations of our allies under direct threat of invasion, Finland announces it has commenced full mobilization of its armed forces. We are prepared to fight against anyone showing aggression towards us or our loyal allies.

Any support given to the so-called ”New World Order” in its battles against EDEN member states or its affiliates will be considered as a sign of aggression towards Finland as well. The Government of Finland will break all diplomatic contact with any nation participating in hostile campaigns of such nature. Continuing aggression may be met with a declaration of war.



The great victories and sacrifices of the past may turn in to legends. The glorious deeds of brothers in arms forgotten. What matters is what we do now, and how we keep the stories alive today.
