[MoFA] End of term & Interview

Hey guys,

We are using the MoFA ORG again. The ORG sprang to life and decided to have some holidays. Well, summer just arrived and it’s time for it to come back to work: no summer holidays for such a wild ORG! The following are some important MoFA-related articles written via other means all this time:

The term is about to finish! We signed further Mutual Protections Pacts with Macedonia and Chile (our allies from Aurora), as well as with Poland. Poland has been a new MPP: we consider it’s appropriate and we are glad to have them as our friends!

Regarding the Helper system, we already have results. Bigmike727 has joined our team and he has been working since the very beginning: this is what we were looking for! He interviewed Aurora’s new SG, Pescaman.

1. To commence this interview, would you mind shedding some light on yourself, like previous government positions held? Also, have you held a position in Aurora HQ before?

- I have been chilean vMofa and Mofa several times, in past I was Minister of Communications too. In Aurora I was the former PR.

2. Many people in eIreland are interested in how Aurora members select their HQ, would you mind just giving a tl;dr version, please?

- By votation. One country = one vote, we take decisions thinking we are equals in our alliance, as a principle. We elect new HQ each month, decisions are taken by 66% of votes.

3. Many people compare Aurora to the previous CoT alliance, except more experienced in military and diplomatic affairs, how far would you agree with that assertion?


- I think Aurora is similar to the original CoT, the alliance that used to be at its beginning. It's not a surprise, Aurora has several exCoT countries as members, and they try to share the same philosophy.

4. If you don't mind telling me, what were some of the objectives of Venezuela's entrance into Aurora, like what did you hope to accomplish

- Well, probably CP of Venezuela could give you a better answer, however we appreciate the interest of Venezuela to join to our alliance. We hope could work, collaborate and fight side by side with our people.

5. What would you say are the main pros and cons of being an Aurora member?




- We are not an alliance joined by damage, that could be an issue or disadvantage for some superpowers countries with the aim of supremacy and even for nations with an only goal: to get damage to confront treats. As a pro, we support each other, we still try to play like amateurs: for love to our colours;, taken risks, having fun, we are not haters.

6. If you could summarize Aurora's relationship with the two other main alliances in a word or phrase, what would it be?

- We like challenges, we work to be loyal with our friends and to give good fights against our enemies, want to move and rock the game, and as i said before, we are not haters. If they think the same, we can work together.

7. What are some of your main goals as SG of Aurora this term?

- There is one main goal: to contribute to have a better alliance.

8. There are rumours that there are diplomatic issues between members of Sirius and Aurora, ie. ePoland-eMacedonia or eChile-eUK do you believe that, if there are diplomatic issues, they can be corrected?

- As an old dino in diplomatics, i can tell you game is full or rumours, issues and even great reconciliations. It depends of people, talkings and context.

9. Do you believe that it is in the realm of possibility that eIreland can be able to launch another airstrike again?



- The irish AS was great. I really hope u can fly again kicking some asses, mates.

10. What is your personal opinion of eIreland and its citizens?

- I knew to the eIrish by Don Croata, a great leader in our alliance. I saw to the e-irish people fighting during your airstrike too, it's was great to see ur enthusiasm, i'm sure you can repeat great campaigns pretty soon.

11. What about Mininuns?



- He knows a lot about MoFA, and did a good job as a PR of the alliance. Sadly he has not still recognize that in football LA ROJA is only one: Chile 😛

12. Recently Aurora has accepted eItaly as a trial member, and they were experiencing great success against eSlovenia before eRomania joined the foray, what would you as SG say about it? Good damage coordination?

- I think: colaboration, coordination, support: Aurora style.

13. Just out of curiosity, which country would you consider the main enemy of Aurora?

- Any country which attack to one of our members become into our main enemy and will be punished by the fury of Zippy.

14. I know this is Sirius related, but recently eBrazil went over to the Asteria/LETO side, do you think this has had a major effect on the balance of damage in the eWorld?

- Not really. Brazil chose side, well... changing side, in the same way they did it before. It's not a surprise and is not the key to affect the balance of dmg ingame. We need at least three blocks with some kind of cross cooperation to avoid a full war against one block, to allow a well distributed damage.

15. Before we conclude, do you have anything you wish to say to eIreland and its citizens?

- Just play and enjoy the game. Having fun mates!!
