This is eIndonesia and eAustralia Agreement,

eIndonesia and eAustralia Agreement (IAA)
(IAA 11/11)
I. PREFACE
The following agreement shall be in force between the eIndonesian Government and eAustralian Government and shall be ratified each month with each new successive elected Government.
II. AMENDMENT CONDITIONS
Amendments to the agreement may only be made once each month prior to renewal and ratification by each Government after in-game Country President Elections.
III. REGIONAL HOLDINGS
The Governments of eIndonesia and eAustralian enter into this agreement freely and which reads:
1. eAustralia shall hold the regions of:
a) Northern Territory;
b) Queensland;
c) New South Wales;
d) Victoria; and
e) Tasmania

2. eIndonesia shall hold the regions of:
a) Western Australia; and
b) South Australia.
IV. CONDITIONS
Both nations agree to be bound by the outlined conditions for the Regional Holdings stated above unless changed during an amendment perio😛

3. The eAustralian Government will not declare Natural Enemy (NE) against eIndonesia and will not open or support any Regional War (RW) against either of the eAustralian States held by eIndonesia nor any attack on eIndonesian Sovereign soil.

4. The eIndonesian Government will not declare Natural Enemy (NE) against eAustralia and will not open or support any Regional War (RW) against any eAustralian State outlined in this agreement as belonging to eAustralia.

5. In the event that South Australia or Western Australia are illegally RWed away from eIndonesia outside of the eAustralian Governments control for the time being of this agreement, the eAustralian CP and eIndonesian CP shall immediately institute an NE against each other within 2 days of the loss.

6. Said NE will become a Training War (TW) to allow all regions to be returned to their rightful holders outlined in this agreement.

7. In the event of the article 5 and 6 occurring, both Country Presidents shall while NEing each other, shall immediately publish an official message in-game to inform both nations public of what is occurring to prevent miscommunication and alarm.

8. The TW will be treated as a quick 7 day training war that will end as soon as all regions have been returned to the nations as outlined in this agreement.
