Dear citizens of Pakistan,
Pakistan is going through a tough period at the time, however, we have shown determination and courage to fight back, to not only defend our land but to expand our horizons. It is indeed a historical moment in the history of Pakistan, one that can be defined as a "make or break".
The Government of Pakistan are currently in the process of setting up combat orders, to maintain our involvement & efficiency in the battles. On behalf of the Government of Pakistan, at the moment, we instruct you not to use Energy bars, small or big bombs. For now, use regular weapons and keep yourself healthy with an ample supply of food. The GoP will soon announce rest of the orders, which all of you have to follow. As the saying goes, "He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared."
Be alert for any other order to be given at any time. Surely, this situation is a test of patience and nerve.

Well uh don't mind but MoFA does not have any right to give combat orders. That's MoD's job
Like I mentioned, I gave these orders on behalf of the government. I was told to.
On behalf of which seat? The MoD or Dictator?

I told him because MoD is out of city, and since when we started again to criticize whose job and whose not?
One should be appreciated on doing work on behalf of government.
