Dear citizens of Netherlands,
Many alliances comes and go's, some manages to maintain its strength and continue while the others has merged and fallen. This foreign affairs article will contribute to the history of the alliances in eRepublik which gives new info to citizens who have not heard of these alliances before
Broalliance
The term Broalliance was created in the Third World War between Canada and United States. It gives the term Brother and Allance between the 2 North American countries. Through a contract, the alliance was made official which had also members from Japan, Ireland and Australia!
Byzantine Empire
Recreating the history of the ancient Byzantine Empire was the creation of a alliance between Greece and Turkey in August 2008. However the Byzantine Empire has fallen in less than 19 days after its creation following the death of Phaedrus Lidox!

Came To Rock, Literally
CRTL for short was a 4 military alliance consisting of Brazil, Poland, Spain and USA following the countries left their alliances of TERRA and ONE in 2012. On 31st of October Spain left the alliance which triggered the fall of the alliance an hour later which the alliance only lived for a month starting from 1st October to 31st.
Circle of Trust
CoT for short was a military alliance created after the departure of Bulgaria and Chile from TERRA and EDEN. The main goals was to help members in economy and military terms. 17 countries has joined the alliance alongside 2 trial members, France and Canada. Following the formation of TWO both New Zealand and Lithuania left to join that alliance and it finally ended in November 2013.
Entente
Following the invasion of Spain, many countries came to defend France some who are Pro EDEN and some Pro Phoenix. After the outbreak of war several countries who are both pro EDEN and Phoenix met up to create a neutral alliance called Entente to promote the neutrality of the war. The Core members of the Entente was not allowed to join the alliances of Phoenix or EDEN but they were allowed to join other alliances such as the regional ALA alliance.
