Hi to everyone!

About Stipends:
well well well, we are sending all the stipends! a total of 245 Gold is going back to the people! We had only 2 people that we deny the stipend and it was because they didn't doante their congress Medal in the past. And we have only one person on hold, that still need the approval of the CP and his MU commander.

Financial situation:
We see that Plato change again the game mechanics, and at least for this week, we have 50 recovery energy every 6 minutes! This is the cause of the last great increasing in our treasury incomes...for those who follow the market.... in anyway, we still need to sign only 3 MPP this month and we have over 100 K CC in our treasury account, so, we are going to propose to transfer 70.000 CC to "Israel's Finance Department", that is the ORG managed by the MoF.

The future:
We need to see how it keeps going this financial issue, if our incomes keep at this level, we will be ables to low the Tax for workers, but for now is still under analysis, so, if you don't see any article from the MoF, please don't vote anything without knowing what is about.
