Respected and esteemed citizens.

On this occasion I want to announce that due to the reduction of power and authority I have suffered as Finance Minister (President has canceled me access to Singapore City Bank), and because the dismissal as Commander 2 of the National Army (and therefore, I understand, the Plan of supplies to the soldiers), I decided the following:

I, CarballoCQ, Minister of Finance of Singapore, I decided to submit my resignation, 1.431 days of the New World, due to cuts in my power.
Here we recognize the accounts of the State today.

I hope that people understand it, since I can not do my job right if I have no access to state money.

It was a pleasure for me to serve Singapore for the last 5 months.
