[MoF] Congress Donation

Dear citizens,

The last congress election has ended five days ago and now it is the time to thanks all the generous donators that allowed eBelgium to earn 145 gold out of 150 possible (as Koning Albert was banned).

I think that this result is probably one of the best results that we can eer hope and this is related to the fact that the ATO was a great success this month.

I'd like to thanks all our 29 (out to 30) congressmen that made that generous donation (by order of donation).
