For the new congressmen, and for the non ptoers one, there is a very nice tradition in belgium (very nice for the MoF at least 😛) which consist of donating the 5 gold that you earned the the NBB-BNB ( http://economy.erepublik.com/en/citizen/donate/money/2656530 ).
