[MoF] Canada's Proposed Budget - December
TheSmoke
Hello everyone, today I am presenting to you the Canadian Budget for the month of December. The current database holds the last 3 months of Canadian market trends and daily income for the treasury. I am confident that the numbers presented are as accurate as I can possibly get.
At a 2% tax regime, Canada earns on average $3,964.00 a day, or $122,884 a month without any spending from taxes. We have also received $6.774 from the Dutch, and will be receiving roughly $5,000 from the them again. With no major Alliance announcements, we are unsure which, and how many MPPs we may have to sign in the next month. So it is my suggestion that we allocate $100,000 - $120,000 for MPPs, which would leave us at 10 - 12 MPPs at the end of this term. I believe we can afford to fund a donation to the Canadian Civil Defense Military Unit. As the account already has $44,000 in it, a payment of $30,000 would be significant, and continue to build our war fund. As per the CCD Act, we can expedite a larger donation if a war should break out.
The red indicates MPP or CO payments, and the green is our rent money coming in. I have several MPP’s with countries listed, as they are often in wars, and have been previous allies, while the other reds are just optional MPPs to sign. This list is quite flexible.
The first vertical green line is the beginning of this term, and the second is the end. The horizontal line is added to help show the increase in our Treasury at the end of this fiscal term.
I believe this budget allows us to be proactive in building relations in this uneasy time, remain active in fighting with a good MPP stack, planning for the future by building up our war fund, all while still keeping a budget surplus.
Projected Tax Revenue:...............$122,884
Projected Rent Revenue:.............$11,600
Total Projected Revenue:..........$134,484
Total Projected Revenue:..........$134.484
8 MPP’s Signe
😛...........................-$110,000
CCD MU Payment:.......................-$30,000
Budget Deficit of:......................-$5,516

Looks good to me. Thanks Smoke.
Perhaps you'd consider a donation to rid that deficit?
I think the airstrike fund could use it moar 😉
Looks good. A bit surprised there is no funding for a Christmas party? Surely an oversight.

Great job again, and sure hope there's still a majority that's happy with our contribution. For us, Canada is our great friend and ally! And sure hope you'll see that way too!
And the Dutch have been great to work with as well! Happy to be allies, and hope that the likes of one party doesn't ruin the image for all of us!
hear, hear! 🙂
Keep making jabs like that smoke and it can be a reality. Maybe one day you'll learn not to poke your military betters.
Need I say more MdR? Dumb goons on both sides of the pond...
vS/MdR is a good friend to many members of that "one party" I'd be careful with little comments like that, some people may respond to them rather...dramatically.
I don't blame ED for losing the NWT for the eDutch. He thought it was best to set the "Campaign of the Day" to liberate the NWT. Did I agree with this action? Of course not. But he is our President so we have to support him.
Fine Smoke have it your way we'll make plans to evict them out of BC. Strike 2.
One strike left use it wisely.
Man up Rylde, stop threatening and actually do it, try and count to three, I know you can't!
NP man the fun alone is worth it.

Needs a Christmas party
Considering that we've only spend $216 out of the $45,000 already in the Canadian Civil Defense Military Unit, I see no reason to send another $30k over. I'd be willing to see a top up to $50k, which is the limit that can be spent on one battle, though we probably won't need it. Emergencies come with at least 24 hours of foresight anyways so it's not like we'd have any trouble sending more cash to the MU if it was actually needed.
Otherwise, looks good, though an airstrike fund isn't actually that bad an idea.
50k is chump change,,,, Born to Lose mentality....
So how much should we be spending on COs to keep our tenants in Canada? The whole Treasury?
We still owe CCD 15k from the last budget that was never sent.
Tenants? - Zero
If there is a battle eCanada has to win - Everything we Have.... Balls to the Wall, Never say DIE!!
I'm alright with that. But I still don't see why the money needs to be moved out of the Treasury before war is declared.
Why isn't this on the forums?
Let the public have a chance to voice any concerns before Congress does. Even if responses are low
I'm too distracted by the pretty graphs to have an objective opinion.
the public has access to the forums too.
That's one hell of a rainy day fund.
Nice to see a budget and in game too. Good stuff.

No pie graph, no vote. Everyone loves pie? Give the masses pie!
deficit spending is for chumps. Get it together eCanada.
Oh you Spin Doctor Leo. You're the reason we can't have nice things.
At least I don't pretend a great budget includes a deficit.
you shut your whore mouth.
no you. slut.
see folks, this is what you get when you vote MDP, jerks who don't want to work with anyone else.
I'm in CPF brah, suck it.
You sonofabitch.
I'm not a big fan of deficit spending either but if we spend $5k more than we take in this month then I can probably live with that. We should still have over $220k banked away.
