[MoD] Our goals for next term + Battle orders

Hello eBelgium

I am proud to represent myself and Maresal Lengas as your MoD team.
In this article I'll talk a little bit about our goals for this term.

Our first goal is to improve communication between our MU's.
We will do this by sending a pm where we place the battle orders and CoT prio's. This pm will be send to ALL MU's, not only the state MU's.

Our second goal is to get as many eBe citizens informed about where they should fight. We will do this by communicating on several ways.
These ways are:
- the pm I already mentioned
- making articles (of course)
- shouting in the feeds
- using/updating battle orders spreadsheet
- using egov to spread battle orders (special thanks to Kaad for this 😉)
