[MoD] Orders concerning the Chinese RW's

This is just a short article to make sure everyone knows what is going on with the Resistance Wars in Chinese held regions of Japan.

We are going to be transferring the Chinese held regions back under our control.

While these Resistance Wars are sanctioned by both governments, there are possible hiccups due to groups of uninformed citizens, Medal Hunters, etc. So just keep an eye on the battle influence.

The first RW is set to start in Tohoku, so if you want a shot at an easy Resistance Hero Medal, you know where to go.
