[MoD] Military System Update

Today I write to bring you an update on the current military of eJapan, its a new system with new military programs. The new military system is meant to increase both coordinated attacks and military efficiency. It would give us more control over unapproved and approved battles enabling us to focus our damage into important battles, leaving a bigger impact to show off for our allies and improve our own homeland defense.
Our Military Programs are meant to support and improve our fighters, strengthening our military as a whole. Giving back as much as possible to save you the cost of fighting as much as we can, including food, weapons, and training. We have a new military system ready to use these programs, but current events have shown to make these programs impossible to implement without our congress.

After the new administration was elected and put into place, I messaged the new Country President and Minister of Finance about a possible update on reinstating supplies to the military, as there is still 20,000 currency left in the National Bank of Japan. However I didn't get a concrete answer on the plans of that remaining currency, but the Country President Hizaya Nobunaga has said he will be continuing to supply the military with his own money. All supply records of the military are preserved in google documents, the links are posted in the Ministry of Defense section in the national forums for anyone to view at any time.
Weapon Distribution for the IMA & IJA is currently OPEN & funded by CP himself.

15-25 Kills 8 Q6 Weapons
26-44 Kills 12 Q6 Weapons
45+ Kills 17 Q6 Weapons
Everything in the new military system as been implemented except for food and strength training programs, without congress to set up donation to the National Bank of Japan we cannot fund any military programs. Thanks to Hizaya Nobunaga we are able to keep weapon distribution open, without that we would not even be able to fund weapon distribution.
I was also hoping to bring an update on the eRoC situation, but I was told by Hizaya Nobunaga that the Minister of Foreign Affairs will be releasing full update article sometime soon. As we were trying for peace through foreign affairs he will have more detail on the situation.
On a final note, new military graphics are under discussion in the congress forums, mostly for formality reasons of keeping the new graphics official under the new military system. But here is the first logos made, and a link to the discussion to show your support, post opinions, or your own ideas.

Why are the weapon distributions only open to the IMA and IJA Military Units? They only seem to have 33 active fighters and the most damage is coming from Nippon Power and Maid Cafe. Shouldn't we be looking to bolster their ranks and effectiveness? They must be doing something right.
Yes, I agree they are nice logos, but I do feel that it would be fair to share eJapan's military programs with all of their military units unless a unit has gone rogue.
There has been a few problems with how other MUs act as if the government support came from the private MU commanders, with a bit of opaque running of distribution, and other such problems. This is why many voted to change the decentralized MU system to a more centralized one.
The JSDF was split into 2 MUs, the IJA & IMA, and before it was split the JSDF was always in the 2nd spot and occasionally took the top spot while using less weapons then Team Nippon did while having less then half of its members. And even now as I check the ranking the IMA tops maid cafe and if you add both IMA & IJA up which would have been before the split of the JSDF we would currently have the top spot by 15 kills.

Thanks for the greeting about my creations.
So as their seem to be disagreement on some points, I'll wait a little more before making the coresponding frames and banners for the MUs.
@Hizaya, I proposed the version without letters on forums.
@Oraizan, I liked the idea of royal blue and silver grey, and scarlet red with gold yellow. I wanted to keep the rising sun motive and add the imperial crests as suggested by some.
I'd rather them stay as much simple as we can.
I'm leaning more towards the banners with the letters, but if I'm also fine without the letters. They all look great.
