[MoD]Captains' elections

It's 14th day of month, and this is proper time to run for Captain of regiment position. On 15th December you can vote for your captain, if you are member of military unit (recruits can't vote).

What can Captain do?
- set daily orders,
- remove and invite members of MU.

Why it is so important?
- with daily orders members can get one bazooka and one energy bar per day. It gives them opportunity to win Battle Hero medal,
- with daily orders you can affect situation on battlefield, people will fight in chosen battle and help India or our allies,
- with possibility of removing and inviting members, captain can choose only active players to be part of his regiment.

You can place your application and vote on site of your military unit.

Good captain serves India and all Indians.
