As most of you might have noticed, Netherlands airstriked (word?) Canada. This is a fully authorized plan to help them escape Poland so they can finally secure congress. Yes Netherlands is here to PTO Canada and we do it by taking a region instead of joining Canada with our awesome number of population.... For someone this old in the game you don't really seem to grasp what a PTO is or how they work.
