[MoC] Sobre el conflicto México, Polonia, España y Venezuela (CoT, ROLA, TWO)

Ya todos estarán al tanto del cruce de NEs (México, España, Venezuela) que hubo hace unas horas. A pesar de que el NE de México a Polonia no fue exactamente como debería ser, lo hecho, hecho esta, y la habilidad de adaptarnos y tomar decisiones rápidas definen el futuro de los países.

México es un miembro CoT y ROLA, mientras que España y Venezuela pertenecen a TWO/ACT y también son miembros ROLA.
Antes de ahondar más detalles, quisiera traer algunos párrafos del chárter de la formalización de ROLA:

Capítulo 1, Articulo 1
(…) Este pacto no prohíbe a los países participantes (ahora conocidos como Naciones Amigas) de ingresar a diferentes alianzas. Su objetivo es únicamente fortalecer la amistad mutua entre los Países Amigos.

Capítulo 1, Artículo 1, Párrafo 2
Este pacto tendrá como objetivo la libertad de los países americanos que adopten el camino propuesto. (…) Ella garantiza la libertad de los países americanos que acepten los valores adoptados por los firmantes de este pacto y castigará a todos los países que los violen.

Capítulo 1, Artículo 2, Párrafo 2
Las Naciones Amigas tienen el derecho de controlar todos sus territorios originales. Cualquier ataque contra un país amigo, a menos que exista un contrato de alquiler o cesión, se considerará un acto de agresión, y cada país hermano tiene que hacer un esfuerzo para repeler al agresor.

Capítulo 4, Artículo 2, 3, 4, 6
2 - Una Nación Amiga está obligada a seguir los principios y obligaciones de este pacto
3 - Una Nación Amiga tiene la obligación de compartir toda la información pertinente con los demás e informarles sobre las gestiones diplomáticas con otras naciones.
4 - Ninguna Nación Amiga puede demostrar un comportamiento agresivo militar o económico con otra.
6 - Si la Nación Amiga no cumple con sus obligaciones y no sigue los principios de este acuerdo, un voto a favor de la suspensión de la nación podrán expedirse a petición de cualquiera de los participantes de la alianza.



Dicho todo esto, Paraguay, afirmando su obligación como Nación Amiga fundadora de ROLA , confirma su apoyo incondicional a México, quien en la búsqueda de la liberación de los territorios de Estados Unidos, recibe los NE de España y Venezuela, los cuales violan claramente el chárter de ROLA. Después de esto, Paraguay irá solicitar lo que corresponda ante los Supreme Dictators, puesto que así como México lanzó el NE sin confirmar con ROLA, la respuesta de España y Venezuela fueron igualmente sin confirmar.
ROLA es un pacto, como una sub-alianza, se trata de fortalecer lazos y amistades. No hay que confundir esto con las acciones militares desarrolladas en las alianzas a las que los países acá involucrados pertenecen.

Estamos conscientes que esta acción de México entorpece planes que ya estaban elaborados dentro de ROLA, pero la situación actual obliga a escoger lados. Así como España y Venezuela eligieron ir por Polonia, país aliado dentro de TWO, Paraguay irá por México y USA, países aliados dentro de CoT.

Paraguay tendrá una población pequeña, pero el sentimiento de amistad que tenemos por nuestros verdaderos aliados es inmenso, y es por eso que lucharemos por México con toda nuestra raza, así como ellos lucharon por nosotros innumerables veces.

Una lástima lo de España y Venezuela (independientemente del que el último haya rechazado su NE), pero de eso se trata este juego.

Right now everybody should be already aware of the recently NEs from México, Spain and Venezuela. Although the mexican NE is not exactly what it had to be, what is done is done, and the hability to adapt and take fast decisions define the future of nations.

México is a CoT and Rola member, while Spain and Venezuela are from TWO/ACT and ROLA members too.
Before go furthermore, I would like to bring here some chapters of the ROLA formalization document:

Chapter 1, Article 1
(...) This pact does not prohibit the country participants (known later as fellow nations) to participate in alliances of some form. Its aim is only to strengthen the mutual friendship between the fellow nations.

Chapter 1, Article 1, Paragraph 2
Fellow nations have the right to control of all their core regions. Any attack on a fellow nation, unless agreed to be leased or relinquished, shall be regarded as an act of aggression, and every fellow nation has to make effort to repel the aggressor. Territorial and political independence of the fellow nations is guaranteed.

Chapter 4, Article 2, 3, 4, 6
2. A fellow nation has the obligation to follow the principles and duties of this pact
3. A fellow nation is required to share all important information with the others and inform them for any diplomatic moves it makes towards outside nations.
4. No fellow nation may commence aggressive military or economical behaviour towards another
6. If fellow nation does not meet its obligations and does not follow the principles by this pact, voting for suspension of this nation can be enacted upon request of any of the pact participants


All this said, Paraguay, afirming its duty as Fellow Nation and founder of ROLA, confirm its unconditional support to Mexico, which aiming to liberate the USA territories, got the NEs from Spain and Venezuela, which clearly void the ROLA charter. After this, Paraguay will request what is appropriate to the Supreme Dictators regarding Spain and Venezuela membership, since same as México sent the NE without confirming with ROLA, Spain and Venezuela answered in same way.
ROLA is a pact, like a sub-alliance, it’s about strengthen ties and friendship. We must not confuse this with the military actions developed inside the alliances of all countries here involved.

We are aware that this mexican action hinder some plans inside ROLA, but this situation forces us to choose sides. Same as Spain and Venezuela has chosen to go for Poland, ally member inside of TWO, Paraguay will go for México and USA, allies members inside CoT

Paraguay will have a small population, but the friendship feeling that we have for our truly allies is immense, and this is why we will fight for México with all our race, the same way as they fought for us numberless times.

A big pity for Spain and Venezuela (even if the last one voted down its NE), but this game is about this.
