Boa noite,

O governo de Portugal e de Cuba, com a cooperação de ambos os congressos, assinou hoje um acordo de cedência de regiões. Abaixo apresenta-se o acordo, que entra em vigor de imediato.

1 - Portugal vai conquistar as três regiões cubanas e libertar Western Cuba assim que possível;
2 - Portugal vai manter Oriente e Las Villas;
3 - Todos os meses a 21 Portugal vai libertar Oriente e Las Villas;
4 - A 23 Portugal vai lançar NE a Cuba e reconquistar as três regiões, tendo o cuidado de garantir que Cuba tenha pelo menos uma região dia 27 na mudança do dia;
5 - Todos os impostos obtidos de regiões cubanas são devolvidos semanalmente a Cuba;
6 - Este acordo é válido até dia 15 de cada mês, e renova-se automaticamente até um dos governos decidir não renovar.

Good evening,

The governments of Portugal and Cuba, in cooperation with both their congresses, signed today an agreement regarding cuban’s regions. Below you can see the agreement signed, which will come into force immediately.

1 - Portugal will conquer all three cuban regions, and release Western Cuba as soon as the war closes and it is possible to open a Resistance War;
2 - Portugal will keep Oriente and Las Villas;
3 - Every month on the 21st Portugal will release Oriente and Las Villas;
4 - On the 23rd Portugal will NE Cuba and reconquer all three regions, while making sure that Cuba has at least one region under their control on the 27th at Day Change;
5 - All taxes from cuban regions are to be returned to Cuba weekly;
6 - This deal is valid until the 15th of each month, and renews itself monthly, until one of the two governments decides not to renew it.
