Een nieuwe rookie-contest! Deze maand gaan we onze nieuwe spelers meteen goed inwerken in onze community en politiek - natuurlijk ook omdat we over 8 dagen weer onze nieuwe Landspresident kiezen. Om het voor de oude spelers ook boeiend te maken, kunnen ervaren spelers dit keer niet alleen weer voedsel en wapens doneren. Maar ook hun kennis van onze historie en natuurlijk de nodige schandelen opgraven om onze rookies te helpen... zodat ze als beginnende spelers een leuk centje kunnen bijverdienen!


Nieuwe speler (geboren op of na 1 september 2012)? Doe mee voor gratis wapens en voedsel!
Als nieuwe speler moet je jezelf natuurlijk nog bewijzen. Het hoogst haalbare in de eNederlandse politiek is ooit Landspresident worden. Heb jij het in je? Ontdek het in de nieuwe Rookie Contest! Of speel gewoon mee voor gratis wapens en voedsel, wat oudere spelers hopelijk weer in grote hoeveelheden zullen doneren!

Oude speler, en wil je onze rookies vooruit helpen?
We hebben 2 opdrachten voor onze rookies, waar je bij hen kunt helpen door coach te worden. Dit keer niet door privé wapens en voedsel te geven (die mag je natuurlijk wel doneren voor de prijzenpot!) maar door ze hun weg te helpen vinden naar ons forum en de IRC, en in contact te brengen met andere oude spelers voor het uitvoeren van de tweede opdracht. Die deze keer draait om de oud-presidenten uit ons illustere verleden:

Wat gaat er gebeuren?
We hebben briefgeld gemaakt van verschillende (oud)-presidenten die ons land hebben gediend (vanzelfsprekend zijn de personen en bedragen volstrekt willekeurig gekozen...).


- van woensdag 31 oktober t/m zaterdag 3 november verstoppen we deze biljetten in ons forum en in artikelen
- het briefgeld wordt gecodeerd, je verzamelt de unieke codes en geeft deze door via een formulier
- de waarde van het geld kan elke avond worden ingewisseld voor voedsel op ons IRC kanaal #coachingNL
- op zaterdag 3 oktober wordt de totaalwaarde van al je codes uitgekeerd in wapens
- wat er over is van de donaties wordt de prijzenpot voor de winnaars van de echte contest:

Dig out some dirt en schrijf het beste artikel over een van onze oud-presidenten!
Voor deze uitdaging koppelen we je aan een oude speler die je ongetwijfeld snel wat smeuïge verhalen kan vertellen. Samen kies je een oud-president uit (coaches mogen zelf geen oud-CP zijn om begrijpelijke redenen...). Interview deze oud-CP via IRC of pm’s, zoek uit wat er in zijn termijn is bereikt en gebeurd.
- breng hierover een artikel uit in je eigen krant of de krant van je coach
- publiceer je artikel uiterlijk vrijdag 2 november, zodat je artikel tot zondag gelezen kan worden
- zorg dat je zoveel mogelijk comments krijgt (we tellen unieke spelers die reageren om de winnaar(s) te bepalen)
- afhankelijk van wat er nog over is van de donaties wordt op zondagavond de prijzenpot verdeeld.

Kies bij voorkeur een nog in leven zijnde oud-president, bijvoorbeel😛

Maar allereerst zullen we een prijzenpot moeten hebben, dus een oproep aan alle oude spelers:

Het Ministerie van Coaching is er om jou als nieuwe speler snel vooruit helpen in het spel en je de game mechanics beter te leren begrijpen. Heb je vragen? Een aantal nuttige tips:

1. lees en registreer je op ons forum enetherlands.nl waar je o.a. vragen kunt achterlaten.
2. kom naar de IRC (weet je niet hoe: lees dan dit artikel!) waar je
....op het kanaal #coachingNL kunt chatten en live al je vragen kunt stellen
....regelmatig live Masterclasses kunt volgen (#MasterclassNL).
3. verdiep je in de uitgebreide wiki-pagina’s die op alle aspecten van het spel ingaan.
4. houd de artikelen bij die ingame worden gepubliceerd.

Natuurlijk mag je ook altijd een pm sturen naar een van ons!

A new rookie contest! This month we are gonna try to get our new players to interact in our community and politics - this also because in eight days we will elect our next Country President again. To make this interesting for the older players as well, experienced players can do more than just donate food and weapons this time. With their knowledge of our history and the several scandals our country holds they can help out our rookies ... so our new players can make some nice money on the side!

New player (born on or after September 1, 2012)? Enter for free weapons and food!
As a new player you still have to prove yourself. The highest achievable in eDutch politics is to become our Country President one day. Have you got it in you? Find out in the new Rookie Contest! Or just enter for free weapons and food, which will hopefully be donated by our older players again in large quantities!

Old player, and willing to help our rookies ahead?
We made up two tasks for our rookies, you can help them with - being their coach. This time not through giving them weapons and food privately (but please donate for the prize pool!) but by showing them the way to our forum and the IRC, and get them to know other experienced players to fulfil their second task. Which this time evolves around the old Country Presidents from our illustreous past:

What is going to happen?
We made some banknotes with the avatar of (previous) CP’s that served our country. (ofcourse the players and amounts were picked completely randomly...).



- from Wednesday, October 31 on to Saturday, November 3 these banknotes will be hidden in our forum and articles
- the money will be coded, you collect unique codes and notify us through a form
- the value of the money can be exchanged for food every night on our IRC channel #coachingNL
- on Saturday, October, 3 the total value of your codes will be exchanged for weapons
- what is left from the donations will become the prize pool for the winners of the real contest:

Dig out some dirt and write the best article about one of our old-presidents!
For this challenge we connect you to an old player that will no doubt be able to tell you some spicy stories. Together you pick an old CP (coaches themselves may not not have been an old-CP for understandable reasons...). Interview the old-CP via IRC or pm’s, find out what was achieved and what happened during his term.
- write an article about this for your own newspaper or the newspaper of your coach
- publish before or on Friday, November 2, so people can read it until Sunday
- make sure you get as many comments as possible (we count unique players that comment to determine the winners)
- dependant on what is left of the donations we will divide the prize pool on Sunday evening.

Preferably pickn an old-president that is still among us, for instance:
