De vraag van vandaag: hoe en waarom moet je in een commune werken?

Als je werk zoekt op de arbeidsmarkt dan word je daar niet vrolijk van.Topsalarissen? Nou, niet bepaald... Je kunt er net je dagelijkse boterham van betalen, maar dan houdt het ook snel op. Zeker niet genoeg om ook nog eens wapens te kopen. De slimste optie? Solliciteer in een commune!

Zowel de Nederlandse Staat als sommige Militaire Units bieden plaatsen aan in communes. Het doel van een commune is om alle werknemers mee te laten delen in de productie: je wordt uitbetaald in het minimumsalaris plus een aantal wapens, die je die dag zelf in elkaar hebt gezet.



Wat zijn communes?
Communes zijn meestal Q7 wapenfabrieken, die zijn gevestigd in een ander land met een hoge productiebonus*. Als werknemer in zo’n fabriek, produceer je in een 100% bonusland (zoals China bijvoorbeeld) niet 10, maar 20 Q7 wapens. Het grootste deel van de wapens wordt verkocht, van de opbrengst worden nieuwe grondstoffen gekocht. Hoeveel wapens je als werknemer krijgt hangt dus af van de prijzen van grondstoffen en van de marktwaarde van de wapens.

*De productiebonus van een land hangt af van de grondstoffen in de vrije regio’s die verbonden zijn met de regio waar de hoofdstad is gevestigd. Ons land heeft alleen de grondstof olie, wat ons maximaal 20% bonus op wapenproductie zou kunnen geven, maar vanwege de schaarste aan olie in West-Europa houdt Polen juist deze regio al lange tijd bezet.



Hoeveel wapens krijg je in een commune?
De meeste communes betalen het minimumloon van het betreffende land plus 4 Q7 wapens per gewerkte dag. De waarde van 4 Q7 wapens is toch al snel 30 NLG, 4 keer zo veel als het hoogste salarisaanbod in Nederland!

Helaas kunnen er per fabriek maar 10 mensen worden aangenomen, en hebben we niet onbeperkt Q7 fabrieken tot onze beschikking. Daardoor is er niet automatisch op elk moment plek. Er worden natuurlijk wel regelmatig mensen ontslagen die niet trouw komen werken. En dat is een kans voor jou! Interesse: meld je aan bij een van de ons bekende communes:

Misschien zijn er nog meer MU’s of individuele spelers die commune-banen aanbieden: als dat zo is, laat het ons dan weten! Wij vullen deze lijst graag aan met jouw commune en contactpersoon!



Nog een paar do's en don'ts die je verder kunnen helpen:

1. Communes kunnen natuurlijk alleen draaien als je ook elke dag komt werken. Doe dat dus trouw!

2. Sommige MU’s hebben (tijdelijke) programma’s voor spelers onder een bepaald level (extra wapens en voedsel), vaak door individuele MU-leden betaald overigens. Informeer hiernaar!

3. Let erop dat je eerst moet verhuizen voor een baan bij een commune in het buitenland (tenzij je bijvoorbeeld al in China bent)

4. Kun je geen plek in een commune vinden, kijk dan eens rond voor een tijdelijke baan in het buitenland als je daar toch bent. Salarissen zijn vaak beter dan hier. MAAR....

5. Ook al zijn de salarissen in Polen het dubbele: ga niet werken voor de vijand - je maakt hen 2x zo rijk als jezelf!

Today’s question: How and why to work in a commune?

Looking for a job on the job market, is not something that makes one very happy. Top salaries? Not even close... Barely enough to buy your daily bread and that is pretty much about it. It is by far not enough to also buy your weapons. The smarter thing to do? Apply for a job in a commune!

Both the Dutch State as well as some Militare Units offer job positions in communes. Main idea behind a commune is to have all workers share in the production output: you get paid in the minimum wage plus a number of weapons, you put together yourself that same day.



What are communes?
Communes mostly are Q7 weapon factories, located in a foreign country with a high production bonus*. As a worker in such a company, in a 100% bonus country (like for instance China) you do not produce 10, but 20 Q7 weapons. The larger part of the weapons is being sold, the revenue being reinvested in new raws. The number of weapons per worker depends on the price/market value of both raws and Q7 weapons.

*A country’s production bonus depends on the raws in free regions, connected to the region where the capital is located. Our country has only the weapon raw of oil, offering us in theory a 20% bonus on weapon production. But due to the fact that oil is so rare in Western Europe, Poland has kept this region of ours occupied for a long time now.



How many weapons do you get in a commune?
Most communes pay the minimumwage of the country it is located in, plus 4 Q7 weapons after each day you worked. The value of 4 Q7 wapens amounts roughly to 30 NLG, that is 4 times the highest salary offer in the eNetherlands!

Unfortunately, in every factory only 10 people can be employed, and also the number of available Q7 factories is limited. Which means there may not always be an open spot. But of course, people do get fired too if they do not show up for work. And that is a chance for you! Intereste😛 apply for a job at one of the communes we know:

A few do's and don'ts that can help you ahea😛

1. For your commune to run profitable, you need to show up for work everyday. So do show some loyalty!

2. Some MU’s have (temporary) programs for players under a certain level (extra weapons and food), often paid for by individual MU-members. Ask about it!

3. Be aware that, for a job in a commune abroad, you most likely need to move (unless you are already stationed in eChina)

4. If you can’t find a job in a commune, look out for a temp job in a foreign country if you are there anyway. Salaries are often better than here. BUT....

5. Even if the wages in Poland are twice what we can offer: do not work for the enemy - you make them 2 times richer than yourself!
