As stated the previous time; That's PD. But I don't recall anything from him and he has non impressive stats in-game. Is he even been an eNL citizen?
Pierre Delvaux was a eNL citizen, it was probably before you were eborn?
Probably. I just saw a post of him a while back on forum and looked him up in-game and happen to recall his avatar/name for no reason I can think off...
Also stats, well it was basically a different game and not just based on fighting. You didn't get as much strenght a day and you didn't fight as much as we do now.

Pierre Delvaux was one of the best politicians we've ever had in eNL. Never working for his own gain, but always for the best interests of our community. He spent serious time on this game, and I'm proud to have been in LSD and DemNL with him.
I remember him as one of the most involved congress members we've ever had. I'm sure he has been an inspiration to many of us, at least those who were there in those days.
After he was banned (day 1772, almost 2 years ago) on the basis of supposed multying, I was among those to send a ticket for appeal to the admins. But their reply was that only the banned person himself could appeal. Apparently his own appeal was no success either...
To quote part of the OP of his final topic "Pinelli by Proxy: The Strange Death of Pierre Delvaux":
"If this truly is the end, I want to be remembered as a committed Congressman and one of the key figures in the attempt to bring progressive politics to eNL. As PP of The Workers' Party, LSD, Lijst Pierre Delvaux (which I led into the most ambitious government in eNL history), and CLN, I made sure that the voices of the silent majority were heard in the corridors of power. Bury me then in an imaginary progressive pantheon, alongside Hans Rienveld, Roy Versteeg, Jack Ritell and others. Those who disagree with my views are well within their rights, but please don't think me capable of breaching the fundamental rules of the game. For if there is one thing true of me, it is this; I cannot forsake my principles."
Great summary djirtsdew!
Great to read such an history I unfortunately missed!
A critic of everything and anything, sometimes rightfully, but (imo) often just sour.
I ended up putting him in a cabinet after 6 months of complaints from him 😛
He was mainly a respectable opposition member, no bad memories from me.
He is the arch-enemy of Auggy (Auggustus) by the way.

Keep on going with this series, it will bring some history back to life!
how'd you do that? he's not listed...
Who's not listed? Pierre Delvaux?
His profile in-game is http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/2025500
Interesting to read remember the dead articles and their comments.
Looking forward to next one. 🙂
Pierre Delvaux was one of the good guys on the political stage. And became one of my efriends. He's still missed
Pierre was a very principled man. Idealist at it's core. Refusing to step down from what he deemed to be Truth (with capitol T), made him not the most successful politician, but nevertheless he remained a interesting character in our nation. He was never afraid to tell unpleasant truths, but always stayed a gentleman.

A man I loved to debate with, although I suspect him of doing it with a dictionary next to him. I remember him fondly
