The results from the survey are ready! Not an awful lot of people answered our little survey, only 24 people. Below I’ll present you with some nice graphs and a bit of explanation to them. I’ve taken the liberty to delete a few errors made in the survey. You’ll also notice more votes than people who have answered the survey, but that’s because I’ve added what they wrote under the “Something Else” section.
Let’s get to it.



The first question was whether people had actually heard about our overhaul of the Ambassadorial programme. I think we got a reasonably amount of “Yes” votes compared to “No” votes. We also have to take into consideration that some people might not actually live in Germark and might have a harder time following the news.



Second question, the majority have not thought of becoming an Ambassador for Germark, but there are still a lot of people who has thought about it, but as you will see in the next graph, there’s a reason that they are not currently Ambassadors.



It is simply a matter of time. Apparently, most people don’t have enough time in their spare time to do a bit of writing, it might be closely related to motivational issues too, which only one person has admitted to. Some also answered that they were too new and lacked the skills and know-how of being an Ambassador.



Now for one I’ve been a bit excited for, the most popular Ambassadors, clearly Yosemite Sam01 has been doing an extremely good job along with djnewdream, Hassan Salama and the two MoAA’s (Wohoo, self-appreciation!)
But isn’t there something wrong with this graph you may ask? Yes there is, no one was able to mention our three other Ambassadors: Derfo, Brashy, Hannibal.Zutenberg and newly appointed Ramrr. This is a shout out to Derfo and Brashy, eJapan and ePortugal, we’re waiting for some articles!



Moving on too how we could get even more Ambassadors into our little secret society a lot of people answered that they didn’t know. Also, a lot of people answered money, so that’s definetly something we’ll look into. Money is always one of the best incentiatives to anything, and we in the MoAA are willing to further increase the amount of money paid to Ambassadors for good articles.

We’ll also consider to give out more information, since the programme is rather new we have not reposted our Ambassadorial Programme a lot, we’ll also be better to write to our Ambassadors with any news we might have.
Lastly, the lack of the Ambassadors status is a bit of an issue, I don’t think there’s much we can do in our own little ministry, but if we once every quarter of the year made an option for Germarkian citizens to vote on something like “Most badass player” “Best new initiative” etc. to really appreciate each other’s work more, I think that could create some more status, not only to Ambassadors but to everyone.



And turning over to the next graph, how we reward our Ambassadors, gold and credits are the preferred thing, so that’s what we’re going to send out to you, not weapons and not food.



And the last graph, what do you want to read? Well, there’s a lot more diversity here than before and something that really struck me as a good idea was the special features which is something I really think is a really great idea.

Rumours are also ranking very high, even though we don’t like to admit it and we don’t like to spread rumours, there’s just something interesting and fun about it.

Die Ergebnisse der Umfrage sind da! Leider haben nur 24 Leute daran teilgenommen, aber wir wollen sie euch trotzdem mit ein paar schönen Graphen präsentieren und erläutern.


Die erste Frage war ob sie überhaupt schon von unserem Botschafterprogramm gehört haben. De Anzahl der Jas war überwältigend, was allerdings logisch ist wenn man bedenkt, dass die Umfrage in unserer Zeitung stattfand.


In der zweiten Frage erfuhren wir, dass leider viele nicht darüber nachdenken Botschafter zu werden, aber immerhin bleibt ein Teil der es durchaus erwägt. Warum das so ist erfahren wir im nächsten Graphen:


Es ist einfach eine Frage der Zeit. Die meisten scheinen die zeit nicht zu haben (wollen) um ein bisschen zu schreiben, was möglicherweise auch eng mit einem Motivationsproblem verbunden ist, was jedoch nur einer konkret angab. Wenige meinte sie hätte zu wenig Wissen und wären zu neu (an der Stelle möchte ich bemerken, dass Botschafter sein grade der Ideale Einstieg in die (internationale) Politik sind).


Unser bekanntester Botschafter ist Yosemite Sam01 (kein Wunder, er veröffentlichte auch die meisten Artikel). Auch djnewdream, Hassan Salama und die beiden Botschafterkoordinatoren (Danke!) sind für gute Arbeit bekannt.
Is da irgendwas falsch an der Graphik? Allerdings niemand war in der Lage Derfo, Brashy, Hannibal.Zutenberg und den neu ernannten Ramrr zu nennen. Insbesondere Derfo and Brashy, die schon seit längerem Botschafter sind dürfte uns gerne mal mit Artikeln über eJapan und ePortugal erfreuen.


Auf die Frage wie wir neue Leute zu uns locken können wussten die meisten leider keine Antwort. Allerdings glauben viele, dass Geld hilft, also werden wir uns darum kümmern. Allerdings möchten wir anmerken, dass Botschafter bereits jetzt Geld verdienen: Yosemite Sam01 erhielt letzten Monat 400CC für seine Artikel. Derzeit stehen wir in Kontakt mit dem CP ob wir die Belohnungen nicht noch ein Stückchen erhöhen können.

Außerdem wollen wir noch mehr Informationen verteilen und das Botschafterprogramm noch bekannter zu machen. Außerdem werden wir einen noch engeren Kontakt zu unsere Botschaftern pflegen.


Last but not least würden wir gerne den Botschafterposten zu einem richtigen Statussymbol machen, leider können wir das natürlich nicht als kleines Ministerium befehlen, sondern die Wertschätzung muss aus der Community selbst kommen. Wir werden künftig häufiger solche Wahlen wie „bester Botschafter“ etc. veranstalten, dadurch hoffen wir einen Beitrag dazu leisten zu können.


An diesem Graph kann man erkenne, dass vor allem Gold und CC als Bezahlung bevorzugt werden, also werden wir euch auch genau damit bezahlen.


Der letzte Graph zeigt uns die bevorzugten Themen von Botschafterberichten. Erwartbar waren Politik und Krieg, aber auch Gerüchte scheinen die germarkische Bevölkerung zu interessieren.
