שלום אזרחי ישראל היקרים ,
כידוע עוד חודש חלף ונשיא חדש עלה,ראשית אני רוצה לאחל מזל טוב לטום על זכייתו בנשיאות בפעם הראשונה ואנו כולם מאחלים לו קדנציה טובה ובלתי נשכחת וכמובן גם לכל הקבינט הנפלא.
כמו כל חודש משרד הפנים פותח קדנציה חדשה וינוהל ע"י מס' שחקנים :
אביב - שבאמת עזר ותרם למשרד רבות
אני(אורי) - שחזרתי מפרישה ארוכה והחלטתי לחזור ולתרום איפה שאני הכי טוב למען המדינה
ליאל - שחקן חדש יחסית שתורם רבות למשרד ואתם הולכים לגלות אותו בחודש זה !
ג'וליאן - שחקן חדש וגם לא מוכר אבל אתם הולכים לשמוע ממנו עוד 🙂

אוקיי , אז מה מצפה לנו בחודש הקרוב ?
1)מרשם אוכלוסין
תחילה אנו רוצים לקדם פרויקט חשוב למעננו הנקרא רישום אוכלוסין,בעצם כל השחקנים מתבקשים למלא את הטופס ובו מתבקש למלא מס' קטן של פרטים ובכך אנו רוצים לבדוק את מס' השחקנים הפעילים פחות או יותר הקיימים בישראל לתקופה זו.
אני מקווה שהשרים הבאים ישתמשו בטופס זה וכל חודש יעשו מרשם אוכלוסין חדש,ע"י כך נוכל לדעת מי השחקנים החדשים ומי מהוותיקים שעוד משחקים ופעילים פה ובכך נוכל לדעת עם מי אפשר ליצור קשר ומי ישתף פעולה. כמובן שלשחקנים חדשים יופיע הטופס עוד בהודעה בתחילת המשחק.

2)פרסום המשחק
אוקיי כמו שכל משרד דאג במשך השנים זה אחד הדברים הכי חשובים במשחק והוא הבאת שחקנים חדשים,בשנים האחרונות המשרד פעל ע"י הודעות ספאם שנשלחו למס' שחקנים ברשת בתקווה שירשמו למשחק ויצטרפו לקהילה.גם החודש נקדם את הנושא הזה ונשמח לשיתוף פעולה שלכם 🙂

אני רוצה להזכיר לכם משהו חשוב מאוד , על כל שחקן שנרשם דרכם אתם מקבלים עשירית מכל הזהב שהוא מרוויח זאת אומרת :
אם שחקן נרשם דרכם והגיע לרמה 20 (שזה הרמה שכל שחקן חדש מגיע אליה תוך פחות מחצי שעה) אז אתם תרוויחו סך הכל 1.9 זהב ותחשבו על זה ככה מספיק 10 שחקנים נרשמו דרכם והגיעו לרמה זו אתם תרוויחו 19 זהב ובנוסף אתם תקבלו מדליה שתעניק לכם עוד 5 זהב נוספים שזה אומר מהבאת 10 שחקנים תוכלו לקבל עד 24 זהב !

מה שהולך להיות שונה החודש מבחינה זו,הפעם אני רוצה פחות לשלוח הודעות ספאם מיותרות המטרידות שחקנים ויותר לפרסם את המשחק בפורומים שונים עם כתבות מעניינות על מנת לפתות שחקנים מתוך חשק לדעת מה זה המשחק ומתוך רצון אמיתי לשחק ואולי כך נצליח להביא שחקנים יותר איכותיים למשחק.

3)פרויקט המנוטרים
מה שמאוד חשוב מלבד פרסום המשחק הוא השארת אותם שחקנים במשחק ולא לאפשר להם לברוח לפני שבאמת ניסו את המשחק,בחודש זה ננסה לקדם את פרויקט המנטורים ונשתמש באחד הכלים החשובים ביותר במשחק הזה והוא הצאט שיש לשחקנים חדשים ופתיחת הודעות קבוצתיות והזמנת שחקנים לערוץ המירק שלנו.

4)פרסום כתבות יומיומיות
מידי פעם נשתדל לפרסם כתבות יומיומיות שבהם יכתבו מס' המלצות לשחקנים חדשים איך להתנהל במשחק יותר נכון וגם יפורסמו קטעים ממדריכים שונים על מנת לעזור לשחקנים חדשים להבין את המשחק יותר טוב.
בכל כתבה יוכלו אותם שחקנים חדשים לשאול שאלות בתגובות הכתבה וחברי המשרד יענו להם בשמחה על השאלות.

5)פעילות שבועית
דבר נוסף שנרצה להפעיל הוא פעילות שבועית שכל פעם תהיה שונה מהקודמת,חלק יהיו משימות לשחקנים חדשים או אפילו הגרלות שונות שבהם יוגרלו מס' פרסים שווים במיוחד.
מטרת פעילויות אלו היא שמירה על פעילות במשחק ועידוד שחקנים חדשים להישאר במשחק.

6)ועדת תרגום
אנו מחפשים אנשים שונים שיהיו מוכנים להיות מתרגמי כתבות ולתרגם בשביל שחקנים כתבות מאנגלית לעברית ומעברית לאנגלית.בעצם אנו רוצים למנוע מכך שיקרה מצב שכתבה מסוימת תהיה באנגלית ולא בעברית או להפך …. אותם שחקנים שיתנדבו לעשות זאת ימומנו ע"י על כל כתבה שיתרגמו וזאת אומרת ששחקנים יהנו מתרגום כתבות בחינם 🙂 …..

7)מניעת PTO
אנו נשתדל למנוע השתלטות של מפלגות PTO במדינה ונעשה כל שביכולתנו שלא יהיה אף חבר כנסת אחד המהווה איום למדינה.

😎יחידת טירונים ומפלגה לחדשים
אנו מאמינים כי יחידה המיועדת לשחקנים חדשים יכולה לקדם אותם ברמות גבוהות במיוחד,אנו מאמינים שיחידה כזו תוביל לשגשוג ולהמשך פעילות של אותם שחקנים חדשים,אנו נרצה לשתף ככל שביכולתנו את השחקנים החדשים ביחידה וכבר קיימת יחידה כזו שהיא יחידת הטירונים של אביב.
נוסף לכך אנחנו ננסה לפעול על מנת להקים מפלגה לשחקנים חדשים שמטרתה יהיה להכניס מידי חודש שחקנים חדשים ולא מנוסים בפעם הראשונה שלהם לכנסת , מטרתנו שיהיו לפחות 5%-10% חברי כנסת חדשים שיוכלו לקחת חלק בהנהגה הפוליטית במדינה.

9)הודעת הפתיחה
אנו נטפל בכל הנוגע להודעת הפתיחה של השחקנים החדשים במשחק,אנו נדאג שהודעה תהיה יותר ידידותית וגם שתגרום לשחקנים להישאר במשחק ובאמת תשמש כלי לשחקנים החדשים.

10)פורום וערוץ מירק
לקהילה שלנו יש אמצעי תקשורת כל כך טובים כמו בפורום בFXP וערוץ מירק !
בואו ננצל את זה ונתחיל להיות פעילים יותר שם,חשוב לי להפעיל את הפורום מחדש וחשוב לי שאנשים יכנסו לפורום והתעדכנו גם שם.אנו ננסה להפעיל את הפורום יותר ונזמין יותר שחקנים לערוץ המירק.

מידי שבוע אנו נפרסם כתבה עם דוח שבועית על הנעשה במדינה בענייני הפנים והחינוך יחד עם פעילות מאתגרת ומעניינת,אנו מקווים לשיתוף פעולה מצידכם ולהצלחה משגשגת במשרד הפנים.

As you know, another month have passed and another president rised. Firstly, I want to congratulate Tom for winning the elections for his first time, and we all should wish him a good Cadency, as well as unforgetable. Also, for the wonderful Cabinet.
Like any other month, Ministry of Interior opens a new Cadency, and it will be lead by these certain members of our community:

Aviv, who really contributed to the office a lot.
Me, Which I came back from a long retirement and I decided to contribute my best for our country.
Liel, A new player which helps a lot, and you’ll find out for sure through this upcoming month.
Julien, a new player, but you’ll hear a lot about him.

So, what have we got for the upcoming month?

Population Registry- First we want to develop an important project for us, which is called, poplation registry. Which actually means that every is required to fill few details in a form, in order to check the number of active players in eIsrael. I really hope that the Congress Members will use this form and will do a new Population Registry each month, in order to know how many of new players we’ve got throughout the passing month, and which old-players have remained active, so we could know who should we contact to cooperate with us. We request for all to shout about this new format, to get thge entire community to fill it in. It is very important for our cadency.

2. Advertising the game- Okay, so as every office took of it the past few years, we shall do so as well. It is most probably the most important thing in the game. (Bringing new active players).
Lately, the office worked on spamming the internet in hope of getting new people to sign in to our lovely community. This month, we will do the same, and we’d like to have the entire’s community co-operation!

I’d like to remind you something very important. Each player that signs up through you, you get ten percent of any gold he gains throughout the game. Which means:
If a player signed up through you, and got up to level 20. (It’s a level that every player get to in about half an hour) You’ll get 1.9 gold. Think about it! If you get 10 players that got up to this level, you’ll get 19 gold, as well as the Society Builder Medal that’ll give you 5 more gold. Which is 24 gold in conclusion!
The difference we’lll make this month at this matter, is that this time we’d like to send less awkward and harrasment spam messages, but to actually advertise the game in certain forums with interesting articles in order to seduce players to sign in to the game, and maybe we’ll be able to get more players by this way.

3. Mentoring Project-
What is very important in this game, besides advertising, is making those new players to stay, and not letting them run away before they actually tried this wonderful game. This month we’ll try to develop the Mentoring Project and we’ll use one of the important tools of this game, which is the New Player Chat, And inviting new player to the MIRC channel.

In order to be an official mentor in the game, you’ll have to be a citizen of our county for atleast six month with no history of rule violations.

4. Posting daily articles: Sometimes we’ll try to post more daily articles which will include suggestions for new players, how to perform correctly in the game, also we’ll post few parts of different guides in order to get the new player’s knowledge of the game a little bit better.
In each article the new players will be able to ask questionbs and write comments. The office’s members will gladly answer.

5. Weekly Activity-
Another thing we’d like to activate is a weekly activity, which every week will be different than the previous one. Some of the tasks will be for the new players, and some will be different lottery prizes.
The purpose of this activity is to generate new activities, and to make the game more interesting for the new comings.

6. Translation Team-
We’re looking for different people that would like to be article translators, and translate articles for people from English to Hebrew, and the opposite. We’d like to prevent a scenario of a certain article being posted in English only, or Hebrew only.
Those who would like to help us in this, will be paid for each article the translate by the Office, which means that players will get free article translations.

7. PTO Prevention.
We’d like to prevent any Party PTO’s in our country and we’ll do all that we can to do so.

8. Rookie Division and Political Party.
We believe that a Division, meant for new players will be able to develop them in higher levels, and we believe that this unit will be good for the activity for those certain new players, and we’d like to advertise it as much as we can. The unit is already existing, and it’s Aviv’s unit.
Also, we’d like to create a Political Party meant for new players. It’s goal would be to get new and unexperienced players to the congress each month. Our goal is to get atleast 5-10 percent of new player-congress members that’ll be able to take part of the political decisions of eIsrael.

9. Proluge Messages-
We’ll handle the Proluge messages for the new players, and we’ll make sure that the message will be comfortable and welcoming. That’ll make the new players to actually stay.

10. Forum and MIRC Channel-
Our country has got few communication options, like FXP forum, and an MIRC Channel.
Let’s use it more, and be more active in there. I really want to get the forum more active, and I want people to get into the forum to get updated. We’l try to make the Forum more active and get the people on the MIRC channel.
Each week we’ll post an article with a weekly recap of the actions of the County in the interior matters, and the Education, along with an interesting events. We really want the community’s co-operation. Good luck to us!
