Fellow eNorwegians and the rest of the eWorld,

this is a repost of an article by Tablov on the new battle page to inform us about what we can - or have to - expect of it.

It is not 100% sure when this will be introduced to eRep, but it should be soon (meaning: days). Then again you never know with Plato, so don´t expect it before Christmas 😃

I would like to present you the new concept of the admins on what the battlefield will look like in the future.

In the left and right corner you can see the leaders in the respective divisions and the damage they have done:


The weapon change is not done like now with a push of an arrow, but through a new menu, in which you can choose them directly:




In the top right corner you can see your unfinished missions and notifications on messages/warnings. In the lower part, as before, there are buttons that open the available bombs and boosters:

One more interesting thing. When I am using a bazooka a Q10 weapon appears above my hero, and the best tank is still Q7. Does this mean that we should expect the missing Q8 and Q9 soon? only time will tell:



At first glance there is nothing new in the mechanics. Visually it looks a little more dynamic, but in the end it all comes down to pushing the red button - again. The advantage is maybe the possibility to get an idea on the relation of powers on both sides, with which the admins are aiming most likely at more transparency. Whether this is the case each and every one of you will answer after the change gets accessible to everyone. On the whole I think the admins have decided to go with the principle - the more colours, the merrier.
