Problem with indian market is that our market is dominated by foriegn companies due to less import tax n no buddy buys indian goods

that is mainly because our country as such is inefficient in producing anything but iron. other countries can produce same things for much lesser rates.

Sharry..Dude.. stop cribbing about taxes all the time. Adapt..

We got some good people with us isn't it?

Although Miles, I want to know if the eIndian Government is coming to the aid of the companies? This issue has an effect on everything - and needs to be addressed right away.

low salary for a short period of time wont matter to me a bit

believe me buddy. we gonna have war at homefront very soon. hope we are able to escape this one.

there is notin called swadesh to u
everywhere local companies r 1st given priority

I hav not decreased salaries, rather i've increased some. I am making more profit than i anticipated, just by selling in india.
I dunno how, but I hav an iron company. And the food in India is damn costly, I realised only when I visited China, still u complain about no profits 😛

Abhi, just because food is costly doesn't mean you earn profit.. Food might be costly coz of higher salaries (which is not the case here),
But somethings that are applicable here are :-
1) Lower workforce i.e. less than 10 people in almost every company
2) Lower health, people are working at 70 or so and still they're not fired coz companies haven't got enough people to work.
3) Costlier Raws, As you talk about China let me remind you that our grain is costlier than that in China as well.
4) Regions, We aren't having all the regions that will maximize our productivity while china does.. They receive about 25% bonus per industry while me at the most receive 10%
5) Problem with raw companies raising salaries is without raw, mfg can't exist. And anyone would rather join Q1 company than join some other higher Q company which offers about same salary.
6) Till now we had to buy what any raw company offered. Raw companies are in profit if they use gold boosters as well, which is not entirely a case applicable to Mfg. companies. Also those foreign companies can sell at about 0.1inr as well and still make normal profits..
All of this might not be applicable to iron, I haven't really managed to check anything except for food and grain market due to a bit busy schedule, But the thing is unless all our raws cost about the same (or earn about the same if you prefer) a particular industry may be able to offer much higher salary than others hence attracting whatever workforce we have (minus those who'd stick through irrespective of salaries)

Well the solution is easy,
1) Lower than 10 employees doesn't affect productivity now
2) Buy grain from outside india using ur org, i dont think admins removed this function yet
3) All other problems can be solved with this.
4) can't do anything about Regions, ask Swadhin to attack China 😛

I din't mean less than 10 employees in terms of productivity.. I meant it in terms of profit per person 😃

Black Marketing grain, is an option but not a feasible one.. Mainly because of the huge quantity of raws required per day... Trust me I have tried, but it was too much of work to do..

Regions are important as we can utilise that extra productivity, but am also aware its not entirely possible to have all regions either..

Lets see what happens 🙁
