[MDP] The MDP: Part 1 of 3: The Soldier's and Cordis Die

Hello my Fellow eCanadians, loyal MDPers and otherwise,

I write to you today on behalf of The Military Dictatorship Party.

In this article, Part 1 of a 3 part series, I will be talking about the MDP as it is now, and the MDP of tomorrow.



Since re-taking office, as Dictator of the MDP, on the 15th of this month, I have been hard at work organizing the future of our Great party and of our Glorious Nation itself.

I have goals to accomplish and dreams to bring to fruition.

Therefore, in this first part of my MDP series I will talk about my Military Goals, after all, what would the MDP be without the Big M?



Importance of the Military

The Military Module of this game, is, at least since the release of the Dictatorship mechanic, the most important Module.

Without a steadfast Military, no nation is safe, no nation secure.

Therefore, I have begun work to organize and expand eCanada's Military capabilities.

Cordis Die

I have begun working with Flashgun, "Commander" of Cordis Die, to expand the Q7 production capabilities and infrastructure of Cordis Die.

As it stands, Cordis Die is eCanada's premier Military Unit. With the most damage on a regular basis, and hosting some of eCanada's Top Fighters and MDP Elites it is eCanada's Trump Card in every engagement. However, with only a select few giving Cordis their all, we simply cannot support more than a finite number of eCanada's Elite Military Cadre.

With the help of a few friends and colleagues around eRepublik and eCanada, I have begun the process expanding Cordis Die's infrastructure with the End-Term goal of doubling our production to support twice as many Soldiers as we do now.

I am also in the process of organizing with Cordis Die strike-nights, that I would gladly sponsor personally and with the help of Cordis and donors.

Strike nights are an excellent way to show eCanada's timed-punching power and that we can be an organized and effective force for our allies when needed.

Cordis Die and the MDP

Cordis Die has been since it's inception, an officially apolitical MU.

However, with the recent change to the Dictatorship Module, forcibly bringing MU's into Politics, I will be conducting a survey of Cordis Die members as to their thoughts on where they believe Cordis' Future lies.

This expanded Cooperation between Cordis Die and the MDP is sure to be beneficial to both parties involved as well as to eCanada, as a whole.

Other Military Units

I will be opening dialogue's with various MU Leaders and Staff over the next few days to attempt to organize eCanada's Military beyond the limits of Cordis Die.

There exists already, an MU Commanders thread, where Daily Battle Orders and updates are relayed, but I feel we can do more.
