[MC]Is there life after London?

Day 1,397, 15:34 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Michael Crookes

So we lost London, which many people see as the heart of the eUK, but it is time to face up to the reality that our stronghold has fallen.

Around 5 months ago the UK officially abandoned fortress London, a scheme which basically dictated that London was the must keep region in the UK. The reason we abandoned the scheme was because some admin changes meant that London was no longer any more important than any other region in the UK. It is that fact which I ask you to remember tonight.

Of course London had huge sentimental and emotional value to a lot of people in the UK, but it is nothing that we can’t live without for a couple of days. In less that 24 hours there will doubtless be a resistance war started in London, so I would not be too worried about having to wait long to have a crack at regaining our favoured region.

Let us not forget, that the UK is still one of the few countries in the eWorld which has never been wiped, a statistic which we will be fighting to maintain in the coming days

However, the real point of this article is to salute all of those who fought for us today. Of course Alfagrem was a massive influence for us today and we thank him for that, but I would like to salute others besides. I would like to thank those who have been supplying all day in #London and in particular thank Temujin94 for his massive efforts.

In terms of allies, we would not have even put up a decent fight if it were not for allies from all over the world. I thank the Macedonians, Turks, Serbs, Lithuanians, Swedish and many more for their support. I would also like to thank those from enemy nations who put aside national differences to help their friends.

We might have lost the night but our country still owes each and every person who fought for Great Britain today a huge debt of gratitude. We would find it easy to thank our allies if we had won and so it should be even when we lose. Our allies put in 110% today and we honour you today because of that.

I don’t just thank the UK tonight for their efforts, or thank ONE, I thank London’s defenders, each and every ally who has supported and strived so hard to keep the UK strong and competitive.

Thank you London’s defenders!
