There has been talk recently concerning the Unity Candidate primary elections. Where to have it being the most discussed topic. Here is THE biggest reason not to have them on a forum, but most especially the eUS Forums..
One of the first things every new citizen is asked to do is join Internet Relay Chat (IRC) and to join the eUS Forums, in fact one of the requirements of graduation is having accounts in both places. In order to receive supplies you must request them on IRC and you must post to the proper thread on the eUS Forums.
As a member of the United States Air Force, I followed orders and created accounts in both places. Now this is supposed to be America, where freedom of speech was born. I have made no secret of the fact that I think President Fluffer is a complete idiot, his choice of past Presidents had shown America that he picked idiots time after time.
However, it seems my ban has nothing to do with me browbeating Fluffer, it has to do with internet security and my running proxy and firewall software to protect myself from internet threats. Or does it?
Recently someone on the eUS Forums impersonated me and posted porn to the Forums, now it has been stated that account has been banned. Until this incident happened I played on my personal computer, since then I have been using my business computer which is behind a firewall and uses a proxy server to guard against attacks.
Public Enemy #1: Ronald Gimper Reagan
One of the reasons Ronald Gimper Reagan was banned from the eUS Forums was because he posted porn and Fluffer’s personal information and eNPR because he would yell out Fluffer’s personal information.
Now Fluffer likes to brag he can find me everytime I come back, know how he does it? He uses his power on the forums to look up my personal information, either he has Admin access or one of the Admins gives him my personal information; either way he gets my personal information. So apparently Fluffer has the right to protect himself but the rest of us do not have the same right.
Since it is completely obvious that my account can still be banned even behind all of this security. The question becomes, ‘Why do you insist on knowing my personal information?’Since it is completely obvious that Fluffer obtained my personal information, something ‘Gimper’ was banned over, the next question is, ‘Why has Fluffer not been banned for the same offense?’
Now some of you are asking why do I even care about access to a cesspool of trolls. Well...that is where Congress is located. IF I were elected to Congress I would be unable to function, I would not be able to sign into Congress which would lower the amount of Congress members needed to make a quorum .
This has nothing to do with me protecting myself and everything to do with our douchebag of a President. It isn’t about my using a firewall or proxy server it is about Fluffer being unable to defend his actions. It is about retaining his power over Congress by using his power to get citizens essentially banned from Congress.
America is under attack through the Political Takeover (PTo) and yet Fluffer is banning citizens from Congress. My ban essentially blocks a loyal American from helping defend this country. Even as the Top 5 parties scramble to find citizens who can be trusted, Fluffer does not care about America because he is too busy seeking personal revenge against loyal American citizens.

For those of you who do not know, Ichabod is Dru Blood / Cold Hearted Snake. He's been banned for creating multi's, and for ban evasion using proxies. Decisions like these are made by the Forum team, not by Fluffer. Sorry to burst the 'fluffer causes all my problems' bubble.

Apparently, you continued to do so.
You were banned originally for just being yourself, a really poor basement dwelling troll.
You don't get unbanned when you make a new account, not on the forum. A permanent ban is just that, permanent.
I find it disheartening that the US has so many people smart enough to form complete thoughts and yet so few who can talk things out reasonably in an attempt to reach compromise.

Creating multies is cheating in a game, looking up a citizens personal information is taking that game into real life, something you continue to claim Gimper does. You claim Gimper stalks citizens yet every time I come back you are all over the place being a tattle tell over something only you care about, I call that stalking. Stalking by someone who has my personal information and who demands that I turn off my security software. Why? So you can locate me? Stalker....

Fair is fair, guys, if you are going to do it, don't put anyone else down for doing it. And to say he was banned for being a bad troll, by that logic most of you would be banned.

I have seen Fluffer on IRC channels as Pfeiffer and Stinger at the same time...can't do that without two separate accounts...is that considered multi use...believe that is cheating...? Pretty sure there are a many citizens that have seen him on both accounts....

Multies within IRC are not against any rules of which I am aware; regarding eUSA forums you're better off not using them in my opinion due to the old boys network who run the eUSAforums.com. Its extremely unlikely that those forums have changed a single iota since I abandoned / boycotted them ~20 months ago.
Regarding Fluffy its very simple if you remember Napoleon from Animal Farm; if able, he will sell you to the glue factory if he feels threatened

Says the Lady who wants everyone to play the 'meta game'...the Lady who wants the Unity Primaries held on the eUS Forums...would that be because Fluffer can't 'cheat' if they are held in the WHPR?...or is it so you and the others can ban citizens from taking part in the Primary?...maybe it is so the 'Flufferist' can control Congress...move the Congressional Forums off the eUS Forums, hold the Primaries in the public so everyone can see who gets the most vote, including the multies....

You were using a proxy to GO AROUND YOUR BAN, which is the offense, not the use of the proxy itself. You've been banned like four times on the forum, you don't get a do over whenever you make a new in game account. Your ban has to be lifted, which at this point isn't going to happen for a while.
Actually, Ichabod, I have very little problem with how Unity primaries were conducted before. Now that WTP is organized like a regular party, I think that system would work just fine.
I'd like to ideally have a system where multis aren't counted and people can't manipulate the system. I'm still waiting for some suggestions there, but you guys are too busy trolling to actually think of something worthwhile and fair.

Apparently CHS was banned, something I am just now learning since I had long ago stopped going there as CHS. Dru Blood was also apparently banned for ‘trolling’, for which 90% of that forums users should also be banned. Ichabod Adams is banned for doing exactly the same thing you yourself are doing...

You say because I started using a proxy - after YOU looked up my personal Info- I am using it to ‘GO AROUND YOUR BAN’, I say I am using it to protect myself from someone taking this game into real life...when you warn someone it would be nice if that warning came before the ban....

You mean the one where Gnilraps dictated his parties candidate and where Fluffer dictated himself as USWP candidate in the backrooms?...why are you so afraid to allow the Primaries be out in the open or it Fluffer is chickes***?....just curious why the ban from Fed IRC?...since I seldom chatted...?

The WTP both as a party and as individuals have suggested an open vote via article comments...sure the multies will be able to vote, but they will most certainly be voting on election day also...hold them on the eUS Forum and I and 90% of the citizens in America will be excluded....afraid are we, Fluffer...?
As someone with no love for the meta, the forums, or this administration in general, I submit to you the following.
The root of this matter is you chose to evade a ban. Whether or not that ban was justified became a moot point the moment you decided to evade it. If the ban was BS, you should have published an article at that time to fight it out in the court of public opinion. Instead, you gave up any moral high ground you may have had and decided not to play by the rules either.
When engaging someone on a field where they hold ultimate authority, the moral high ground is the only victory you can hope to obtain.
I would like to add that, unlike ingame, creating a new account after a ban does not erase past infractions. Just because the game doesn't reban you, doesn't mean the forums can't.
With that said, come at me bros.
There are far easier ways to "get around the ban" This is an SMF 2.0 forum for crying out loud. If you guys actually cared about 'security' for your silly little conversations you wouldn't be using a dinky forum.
I have to say that I love your tears and how bitter you seem about the issue. According to what they are saying you where banned for trolling, then you got a perma ban for bypasing the (first) ban, to me you are the one at fault here.

All of you keep beating on the fact that i supposedly 'evaded a ban', a ban BTW that is in full force as I type. So...just exactly how am I 'evading a ban?' Not one of you seem even the slightest bit concerned that an immature child can look up your personal information. I'm entirely ignoring the use of a proxy. I am entirely ignoring the accusations of personal information being looked up (which you don't even need an IP for. An Email address is usually enough to connect the dots).
What you and Fluffer choose to do in your own personal battles are your choices.
The opening of your article talks about how you've been banned (again) from the forums. You're evading a ban by creating new accounts after previous ones are banned. Not rocket science.

The Unity elections should be held by a 3rd party on a Google Doc. The reason being is you would not have the level of tampering that can be done on the forums via poorly chosen moderators and admins, nor would you have the issue of having multi's votes count via the WHPR.
I know a few people who could host that kind of system and ensure that our Unity elections are truly a unity and not just backroom dealings or potentially tampered with forms elections.

You were using a proxy. My guess is that the proxy was using a banned IP whenever you saw, if you saw, that message.
