Half a year is not considered long from the view of an old player, but to me it is rather long period that for very few online games I could play such long. I hate killing monsters without an objective other than leveling up. But I would like to make friends with others who has similar style with me.

You could also learn some insider's information, and behind every jokes there are ideas I want to express. Apology if my essay writing is not good enough (same apology from translator).

Shaka (wangxiaoyaII, the present president of eC) once commented on the joke I've made one month ago, when we were still far from retaking Heilongjiang, that the world is changing too fast. Actually players are changing very fast, for example I would not consider "retaking Liaoling" to be a joke anymore, and I would not bother to censor my speech because of my party membership, that I could talk freely. Cool~ That is what I have always been driving myself for. NEVERTHELESS, I HAVE MY OBJECTIVES, AND I AM NOT BLAMING THE OTHERS, JUST TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS.

Someone says politics is dirty. I say, it is man who is dirty, not politics. Another one says, clean politics could be found only in Utopia (ideal community). If this is the case, eRepublik is THE Utopia and it is our job to make it perfect. If you bring dirtiness to this world, in my opinion you are hoping for dirtiness. But please don't pollute my place.

This is not the Real Life, no real dollars, just a game. You can make euro into G, but not the other way round. No need to argue or get yourself angry, as that would do you no good. Do you think winning an argument would really satistfy your little ego?

Arguing and criticizing would end with no result and be forgotten after a few days. This is quite meaningless. Are we here to improve, to solve our problems, or just to shout and argue? If you do not have an objective, despite you have a lot of theories, all your effort would still be in vain.

We have too many theorists in eC, and too many systems proposed, but however too little actions. The Romanian military way is working well, but difficult to find somebody to carry it out. Many suggestions for/from party armed force and eC army, also have nobody willing to work it out. Everybody wants to be the director to give orders but nobody wants to be the executive to carry out orders. An hospital, without doctors and nurses, could still keep running for days (?!), but doom without the cleaning amma in a single day. Likewise, I would need my assistants in order to operate the Information Department.

I hope very much to include english in all the publications, and my translation-mania assistant tried to include english for the city forum (?), but later gave it up as it seemed not worthy. If one day, we have tens of cleaning amma we could do the job. However we have no budget to hire secretaries, executive committees, who would spend time everyday in the game to translate something that may have only several tens of readers?

I have attempted to discuss the salary issue with presidents, but the progress is slow like hell. Maybe each of our presidents is afraid to negotiate with the congress, which is a pity situation. I do not object to demand for better defence, more damages, less spending and more detail reports, but we all should understand about trade off, that all of these require more work, more man power and more efforts. These efforts include financial and time resources. We still have dreams that patriots would emerge from somewhere to do all kind of the boring work, and that the management we practised when eC has only 3000-4000 citizens would still continue to function now. Unrealistic!

Back to our issues in the Information Department. Somebody thinks that the department should be responsible for all kind of announcement made by our government. Why? Does that make the Information Department look more like an information department? Wake up in the middle of nights to send announcement out for other departments? That is totally unnecessary in my opinion. All departments could and should send their own announcement.

If you ask why don't we publish all the congress news (minutes?), you should go to ask the congress itself. The government is not responsible for the congress affairs. Therefore the congress should found its own organization and its own newspaper, in order to report the working progress of the congress. If the chairman of the congress is busy, hire some citizens to do the job.

Recently many citizens have violated the game rules. Well this is just a game and worth not to cheat for it. We recommend to completely follow the game rules. If you like dirty tricks, please play it off line in some single player games and do not affect the others. It is dishonor to conduct server attack or assasination, to me sounds like thos who football fans who damage the field after losing a competition, like a child who could not face his own failures. I've been learning about moral and ethics since kindergarten, but a lot of people forget about these when they grow up.

I have spent much time in written jokes, to reflect the latest development in eRepublik. Some of them, mostly the controversial ones, have not been published yet. Some are not well understood by readers. Actually the hidden messages are fairly obvious if you link them with recent developments.

Last but not least, I believe that human interactions without integrity is miserable. We need mutual understanding and tolerant in order to work together to our best.
