[MAE] NAP between ROMÂNIA and BULGARIA

Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

I. PREFACE
The following agreement shall be in force between the Romanian and Bulgarian Governments as of its signing until the 7th of March.

II. CONDITIONS
All signatory Governments agree to the following:

- Bulgaria will agree to not attack Serbia, Greece, Hungary or Romania, or vice versa.
- Bulgaria will freeze his actual set of MPP’s.
- Romania will not takes acts of “revenge” on Mexico.
- Bulgaria and Romania agree to release any occupied regions of the other.
- Both countries agree that this NAP is a first step to reseting our relations for the future.
- Both countries can fight in their MPP battles without any limitations, but not in their RW’s.
- Both countries understand that it is impossible to ensure that all Citizens of their nation meet the terms and conditions of this agreement, but will ensure that their own MU’s are ordered to fight correctly under the terms of this agreement.
- Both governments will meet on the 7th at which time the NAP can be extended by the expressed agreement of both Bulgaria and Romania.

25 - Bulgaria auto-attacks any Romanian region and Romania wins the battle.
26 - Romania auto-attacks any Bulgarian region and Bulgaria wins the battle.
27 - Bulgaria auto-attacks any Romanian region and Romania wins the battle.
27 - Peace treaty is proposed between the two countries to be accepted.

I. PREFAȚĂ
Următorul pact de neagresiune va intra în vigoare între guvernele României și Bulgariei de la data semnării până în data de 7 a lunii Martie.

II. CONDIȚII
Toate guvernele semnatare au fost de acord cu următoarele condiții:
- Bulgaria va fi de acord să nu atace Serbia, Grecia, Ungaria sau România sau vice versa.
- Bulgaria își va ingheța setul curent de MPP-uri.
- România nu va întreprinde acțiuni de răzbunare împotriva Mexicului.
- Bulgaria si România sunt de acord să elibereze toate regiunile reciproce ce le dețin.
- Ambele țări sunt de acord că acest pact de neagresiune este un prim pas in direcția resetării relațiilor pentru viitor.
- Ambele țări pot lupta în luptele aliaților prin MPP fără limitări dar nu în RW-uri.
- Ambele țări înțeleg că este imposibil să garanteze că toți cetățenii lor vor urma termenii și condițiile acestei înțelegeri dar se vor asigura că ordinele transmise unităților militare vor fi corecte și vor respecta termenii acestui pact.
- Ambele guverne se vor reîntâlni pe data de 7 pentru a discuta prelungirea acestui pact prin acceptarea expresă a acestuia de către Bulgaria si România.

Orarul luptelor din Bulgaria și România până când râzboiul va fi închis:
25 - Bulgaria auto-atacă orice regiune românească și România câștigă.
26 - România auto-atacă orice regiune bulgărească și Bulgaria câștigă.
27 - Bulgaria auto-atacă orice regiune românească și România câștigă.
27 - Tratatul de pace este propus între cele două țări și este acceptat.
