[LULZ] US Congress Knows Best

This article is for the LULZ. Your Congress raised the ball, so I could not miss this opportunity.
During this week I’ve heard so many comments that the US Government knows best, that they follow the interest of USA and its citizens.
Look what your Congress is doing now . Currently 12 law proposal are being voted, 11 of them, bogus proposals are being voted down. Tax change for Weapon, Food, Diamonds, House, Defense System, Wood, Grain, Hospital, Oil, new Citizen Fee and new Minimum Wage.
I have not seen any official announcement why they are doing this. Do you know why? Because what can U expect from somebody 14 years old – they just act childishly. Maybe you knew, maybe you did not, members of Congress receive 1 XP (experience point) for each time they vote for a law. So before the new Congress was elected they thought: “WTF. We will propose 11 laws, vote them down and receive 11 XP in the process”. They did not even bother to announce this publicly. Taking into account that these people can work, train, fight the same way as any other US citizen this seems really childish to me. I believed, hoped, that these people run for a Congress to do something for the country, not to gain some extra XP, but maybe I am wrong.
The people who proposed these laws are: stbob (Federalist Party), Joshua Hoss (UIP), Shino (Conservative Party), Thomas. Anderson (USWP), LexLuthor1(USWP), Prince Corwin (USWP), Tarik Ibn Ziad (USWP), Gaius Julius (USWP), ligtreb (USWP).
Even though most of them are from USWP it seems that greed and plain stupidity is a bipartisan policy.
Some of those people even got reelected yesterday: Thomas. Anderson 168 votes, ligtreb 70 votes, Prince Corwin 21 votes, Gaius Julius 17 votes, LexLuthor1 12 votes.
They must be really proud. I just wonder how those 288 people feel who voted for the people above yesterday.
I am really glad that you have a responsible Congress and Government! Way to go!
P.S. I am rescheduling my articles regarding the US army and US economy to next week. Right now I cannot write anything good or serious when I see what these people are doing to the USA.
[Update] - It seems that an article announcing this childisch behaviour was published by Kazeal. The article gathered a stagerring 8 votes in 24 hours that is why it cannot be seen any more in latest or top rated news. Anyway I think it was an immature move.

Emerick - you should capitalize on the fact the the Libertarian Party has no involvement in this "responsable" action taken by some members of the congress (read here - mainly USWP members).
Bogus proposals hurt nothing. Surprised they didn't do it all month long. Between war games and proposals, the US can produce some very high level players.

Prince Corwin? A strange Transylvanian resonance here. Matei Corvin was a local prince, he became later the king of Hungary and he was the most famous of his Hunyadi (Earls of Hunedoara) family. But Zoli knows better. So, in case you did not know Corwin, you have a real royal name here.
These proposals hurt nobody. 1 XP gained for voting is the reward these individuals earned by getting voted into congress.

The eUSA governmental copys located in the public access region of the forum clearly states that they will be creating law proposals and vetoing said laws for experience points.
I am not in congress, therefore I cannot give an opinion on the true intentions of our congressmen.

Well I would have been happier if they had announced this previously, but truly, who does it hurt? In the end, its still many more people from our congress becoming stronger, and in spite of it all, we're stronger as a country, even if it is in an infinitesimal way...
Zoli - given that you are an opponent of the USA, why is it you waste your time writing articles of phoney concern about how the USA is being governed etc. I can only speak for myself but I don't care if they got 11xp. For those of you who aren't aware, Congresspeople get 1XP per vote they cast. These laws are harmless attempts at earning additional XP, and not worth the controversy.
This is a game, and Congress is playing it. You should, too.

The first I had heard about these was when I went to read the description of the bill that was proposed. It clearly said, in large 36'ish sized font, the entire bill was proposed for congress members to vote it down and get some xp out of it. And I don't even consider myself "involved" in the politics of this game yet.
In short, your story is old if I already knew about it.

Who really cares!? What is wrong with congressmen helping themselves out as long as they don't screw anything up?! They can capitalize on both voting for serious bills for the country and bills just to screw around and level up on. Doesn't bother me one bit.

As Kazeal implied in the article, each eUSA Congressional delegate is allocated only 2 possible proposals per term. It is actually quite responsible for them to hold these options open until the very end in case a meaningful proposal comes up they want to bring forward. So naturally around the 24th each month you are going to see this harmless using up of those slots for the experience.
If you want to begrudge them the XP points for investing an intense amount of time serving their country, then that is another issue altogether.
