Здоровенькі були, шановне товариство!


Як усі ми мали сьогодні можливість бачити, операція із передачі нашого найціннішого регіону, Поділля, від «загарбника» еРумунії до «союзника» еУгорщини остаточно зірвалася. Читали ми і пояснення президента Казкаря з цього приводу (там було багато чого цікавого – та я-то знаю, що все це було задумано, аби захопити Закарпаття, від якого я балотувався,та позбавити мене місця у конгресі; на щастя для нас усіх, я встиг виїхати до безпечного регіону), і його історичні екскурси, та не було головного – тексту договору з угорцями. Вже кілька днів тому він мав бути опублікований, але до цього часу Президент або МЗС не роблять нічого, аби електорат знав, що ж підписали. Я виправлю цю кричущу несправедливість! Отже, читайте уважно:



Treaty between eUkraine and eHungary in the subject of liberating and usage of the eUkranian region of Podolia

1.a Both the eUkrainian and eHungarian parties, represented by the duly elected presidents of respective countries, acknowledge that the occupation of Podolia by eRomania should be stopped in the most quick way.
1.b Both the eUkrainian and eHungarian parties acknowledge the eUkrainian sovereignty above the region of Podolia.
In order to fulful the above points, the contracting parties agree in the followings:

2.a eUkraine and eHungary, with the friendly assistance of eAustria, launch an operation the take Podolia from eRomania.
2.b The timetable of the operation is agreed by both parties and the President of eAustria.
2.c The operational plan is an Appendix to this Treaty.

Financing and afterwards
3.a eHungary bears all the costs of the territorial swaps and attacks, detailed in the Appendix.
3.b eHungary pays 200 golds to eAustria as an assistance fee, prior to the start of the operation.
3.c As a reward, eHungary keeps Podolia under Hungarian administration during August, September and October. eUkraine does not claim any rental fee for this period.
3.d The future usage of Podolia is to be decided in a bilateral agreement at the end of October, between eUkraine and eHungary. If eUkraine does not agree in any further rent of Podolia, it should be given to eUkraine not later than 31 October.
3.e In case of transfering Podolia back to Ukraine as specified in paragraph “3.d”, the costs of the transfer of Podolia to eUkraine should be beared by the contracting parties in equal parts.
3.f Before the 31st of October (unless the rent is aborted as described in chapter “4”) both countries should put every effort - including but not limited to military and diplomatic - in defending Podolia against any attacks or RWs and keeping it under eHungarian administration.
3.g In case of a succesful hostile RW, provided eHungary confirms that eUkraine acted according to this contract to prevent the success of this RW, eUkraine will have two options:
A - transferring back Podolia to eHungary, or
B - pay the compensation fee valid at the time of the end the RW according to paragraph “4.d”.
3.h The decision should be made within three days from the end of the RW.
3.i If eUkraine chooses A, the the period (number of days) that Podolia is at eUkraine, should be added to the free rent period, described in “3.c”, and the dates in “3.d”, “4.a” and “4.d” should be increased respectively by this number of days. Costs of transferring the region to eHungary are beared by the contracting parties in equal parts.
3.j If eUkraine chooses B, the compensation is to be paid to eHungary within 7 days from the end of successful RW.

Abort of the free rental period
4.a During the free rental period (i.e. before 27th of October) eUkraine has an option to ask Podolia back, thus effectively voiding part “3.c” of this Contract. In this case
4.b eUkraine should warn eHungarian administration not later than 3 days prior to the desired day of initializing the transfer and
4.c All the costs of such an operation (either attack, swap or RW) should be beared by eUkraine, and
4.d eUkraine must pay the compensation to eHungary as follows:
- asking not later than 31 August: 2500 golds;
- asking between 1-30 September: 1500 golds;
- asking between 1-27 October: 500 golds.
4.e The operation of transfer should be initialized only in case both parties agreed on the date of operation, the compensation payment described in point “4.d” is made fully.

Further declaration of alliance and cooperation
5.a eHungary expresses that eUkraine (and eAustria) act during this operation and friendly powers and in case of their claim for Phoenix membership, eHungary supports them.
5.b eHungary organizes the immediate peace between eAustria and any Phoenix member in the indirect war, started in this very operation.
5.c eHungary should provide the utmost assistance in transfering the Podolia to Ukraine in both possible cases - specified either in paragraph “3.d” or in chapter “4”.
