اعزائي مواطني المملكة العربية السعودية

اود ان اهيب باخواني واخواتي اعضاء الكونغرس واذكرهم بمخافة الله ووضع المسؤولية نصب اعينهم
i would like to remind my brothers and my sisters the congressmen to put the responsibility in front of their eyes
واذكرهم بان من واجباتهم الاولى عدم اعطاء الجنسية الا بموافقة وزير الداخلية

2= سبق له اداء الخدمة في الكونغرس لشهر واحد على الاقل
3 = شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك من العمدة او شيخ القبلية
4 = 3 صور شمسية مقاس 4 في 6 رسمية بشماغ وعقال
5 = ملف اخضر علاقي

@abdulla australi, thanks for the translation, but i am not sure if that really gives the full sense! it is a good literal translation, but it is more of meaningless and used to attract attention (old arabic style)
