[Kutluk] The last leader

Hello panpas,

I decided to make a small tribute for one of the most influentional personalities I met in this game

Kutluk was doubtlessly a symbol for most iNCi in the game

-He was the first person who put the "black sheep" eCyprus in an alliance, TERRA.

Let's be honest eCyprus of the first generation of iNCi was like a "black sheep" worldwide, but there was no-one who couldn't trust Kutluk's word.

-He was the first CP who included Greeks in eCyprus government and published important info in english so everybody can understand

-He was (with depici) one of the first who supported the Greek minority of that time

About politics
Kutluk could combine what iNCi wanted. Agression towards to those who don't respect us and pride.



Who can deny that his decisions changed the balance of Balkans?

Who can deny that with his trolling to eTurkey (about pro-ONE stuff), he turned them to Eden's side?

I will never forget 3 moments:

1) It happened during the first battle between eCyprus and Fyrom. Kutluk and me ( I was a total noob that time) were supplying foreign tanks in IRC. I still remember Kutluk buying damage in exchange of paysafe cards because his strength was not that big and the foreign tanks could deal higher damage with the paysafe card!!! 😃

2) Some inci liked the idea of Greek minority in eCyprus while others didn't. Before his farewell Kutluk secretely donated to the Greeks a huge amount of weapons in order to keep them for the defend of eCyprus when needed

3) One of his advantages was that he could easily communicate in english language. If it wasn't him, I would have stopped the game for sure. I remember when he offered me to be his MoFA. I was like "WTF man, i am new in the game etc".

Not only did he "teach" me various things but he also invited me to every meeting he had as CP and he also chose me to be a representative in the TERRA.HQ while he could easily choose one of his trusted and same language-speaking friends

4) During the wars of eCyprus we never had a big stock of weaps. Most of times he was covering the expenses of mercenaries. The funny thing though, was that when I run out of tanks he preffered to supply me than a foreign tank. When I asked him the reason, the answer was "You are eCypriot amk!"
