[KSA] Presidential Greeting [May 2012]

Dear citizens of eSaudi Arabia,
Most of you know me quite well. If you're a new player, then a short introduction is in order... My name is I-G-D and I've been playing eRepublik for over 2 whole years (since April 1st, 2010) and I have gathered a lot of experience during that time period. I've been a citizen of eSaudi Arabia shortly after its very creation (since May 11th, 2011), so soon it'll be exactly 1 year after I received the citizenship. Besides already being the President of eSaudi Arabia 3 times, I have worked 6 times as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and I've been the Vice-President as well during 3 of these terms.
So, now that you all know me, I'd like to announce that I'll be serving my 4th Presidential term in eSaudi Arabia during May 2012. My main goal for the following term will be diplomacy. I believe that reaching an approapriate agreement with eGreece and eCyprus is possible if we all try to do our best, plus I hope we'll get some new friends. An important thing to note is that there are also plans about helping out the new players via food donations mostly, and I will write about this with more details during the next few days. Thanks to those who came up with the idea (Mustafa Qadadah mostly, and Wars 7 as well), I really appreaciate it.
As for the Government, it will be formed very soon. I will send a message to all the players who I personally want to see in the Government, and all others can send me a message if they want to work as well. There will be 4 ministries : Economy, Defence, Interiour Affairs and Foreign Affairs, with each of them having one Minister and one or two Vice-Ministers. I will also have at least one Vice-President.
Some other info : the country currently doesn't have a Congress, so we still can't use the country funds. I really hope that we'll have one after May 25th, I'll do my best so that we can get an approapriate Congress. Also, all articles that have something to do with eSaudi Arabia will have a [KSA] mark before their title, like this one.
If you have any ideas about any possible improvements, please let me know.

I am new and I am in serious need of all kinds of donations ... my money supplies been running really low... Plus I engage in wars every day but very few of us do that unfortunately,,, We need to be more organized when selecting our wars ,, I see that attack a region but only a few of us engage in the actual battle which results in a loss..... kateebat al-Maghwair also seems to be running without a leader.... eSaudi not looking good we need some serious organization,
