Few days ago, I wrote my introduction where I announced that I’m running for Country President. I know that it won’t be an easy month but I was honestly very surprised with the amount of positive support and feedback that I received.
In this article : I will be explaining my policies in domestics and finances. In a few days, there will be another article which will mention my intentions regarding defence and foreign affairs. At the end of this article : you will be able to apply to my cabinet
First of all : after what happened, I totally refuse to take young players in hostage considering their in-game progression.
Some months ago, Admin organised two contests. There was individual prices (based like current weekly contests) and national ones. Rewards (mainly for national ones) were quite interesting. It was Shield and Gold. Despite our size : we made excellent results (via motivated people).
These golds were disposed on our country accounts. With recent events : I have the intention to ask to congress to move them to our organisations. A part will be used to help our community via some loans. The remaining (huge part) will be on the hands of trusted financial specialists (names will be mentioned further) to make some profits on the market.
High Strength/Low XP
I want to work on that idea. Training loans are a good way to boost your strength. But a D2 player will be more decisive with 12k strength than a D4 player with 15k str. We need to create a young generation of people with that “data”. It will help us on a short future. By this way : when these people will arrive in higher divisions : they will inflict more damage.
Potential players will be added on a short (to keep an eye on their performance). Specific coaching can be organised too (there will be no recruitment for an other MU)

Mentorship
It is something quite essential for retention. I would like to see a mentorship cell. This last one should be put in between NHS and MoHA.
Press trophy
Media module is often interesting but I would like to boost it. Competition can be organised there. Several categories will be created (young players, …) and rewards will be given by the quality of the article and not the amount of votes.
Education
Publish articles to inform our population that’s not all : there will be specified articles when some promo are on. Why upgrade a Training grounds, a company, … When to sign a Training contract. It will be the pedagogic side of Home Affairs
Supporting initiative like NHS
Young players in ministries
We all began by that, a small job as apprentice or ambassador. It is the essential way to begin a political career (out of congress). Several ministries will be opened for young players (mainly MoHA and MoFA). In the past, we discovered 2 MoFA by this system. No experience will be required. The only criteria will be Motivation.
Immigration reform
No need to hide that we don’t want to see again a CP linked with an enemy country. Need to work together with congress on a fair reform.
About finances: it will be a very hot place during the following month.
Our Finances team will be in charge to create profit with on monetary market. But I want to work on financial regulation.
My financial team will need to publish at least 3 reports of our finances during my term but that’s not all. A complete view of our orgs will be given to congress (who has access to what). We will work on a way to avoid future potential stealing. It can be by working with less cash on the org and keep enough on country accounts, … We will work hand in hand with our current congress.
Loans
Like I said, they won’t be stopped. Young players don’t need to pay for what December CP made. I will continue the Training Grounds loans.
That’s not all, I would like to present another scheme : Raw material companies loan.
Our young players need some good training too
Since the 6th anniversary : admins added a new promo, during some days : 30% less to build a raw company. The idea is to help some people to create their business or be at least self-sufficient.
This loan will be only for Fish/ deer (in food) and Alu/Rubber (in weapons). Some requirements will be added like : need to have at least 50% of the gold and max 2 companies (for fish/alu). It will be maximum 5G for rubber and deer. Also, you will need to have at least 1 hardworker medal and maximum level 35.
If elected, I decided to give my medal to NHS and for congress elections : It will be asked to our elected members to help NHS to rebuild something solid.
About my financial team : I want a team which I trust at 100%. It will be the only team that I decided to pick myself without opening application.

Most of the positions are opened to applications.
Available positions are
- Vice President (2x). 1 for domestic and 1 for Foreign affairs
- Minister of Foreign affairs (2x) + 1 deputy
- Minister of Defence (2x) + 2 deputies
- Minister of Home affairs (1x) + at least 2 deputies (maybe 3)

Looks like neither frontrunner is having a ministry for entertainment. That's a good step at least. My preference so far is kravenn since I trust him 100% to not only protect the contents of the treasury, but never to act rashly - drunk or sober. That's what UK needs. Safe and steady hands
What's wrong with a ministry for entertainment. if the player filling the role creates some fun, engages players and builds the national community (even marginally) and is revenue neutral, then surely its all win no loss?

The only parts of this country that have a direct impact on new player in terms of supplies are the NHS and MU's. This manifesto offers the NHS 5g (if you win) and MU's nothing. Don't understand why CP candidates think it better to invest in individuals over MU's that supply many.
The only problem with that Rory is that when it has been suggested before there was immediately massive squabbling about how to fairly divide funds between all the various MUs. I know it's tough supplying at the moment but at least this way the government can be sure the money is going to those that need it most.
That's why CP candidates should spend some time coming up with a solution 🙂
One would be giving amounts of cash as a based on MU supplies, i.e. a MU gives 3k cc per week in supplies, gov gives then 5% back.
Another could be loaning MU's gold/cc to increase wrm production, with production from those companies used to pay back the loan - be long term but once it’s payed off everyones a winner.
Gotta be other countries that help there MU’s out.
Funds based on supply doesn't really work because you could have a small MU of rich players getting loads with a huge MU with mostly young players getting hardly any, but gold loans I can get on board with. Only problem is transferring the gold. Maybe currency loans for WRM production.
Currency loans or transfer the gold into an org for the MU to have if they don't already.
it could work based on supplies if the percentage was low enough and there were some conditions. ie open to all, have at least x% membership in div 1-3
Or simpler still X amount of funds for Div 1 damage if you want it purely aimed at MU's who help out/supply new players.

The government allows the use of a country Org, they don't exactly give nothing.
I don't want my tax money being spent propping up inferior MU's. There is plenty of wealth to be drawn upon inside most MU's already.
