I see moldova as a great country, one of the world's largest

.There really is no great relationships between the two countries, but I think that if we had a conversation between the authorities of both countries could improve

I think the best way to build international relations with another country is that the authorities feel to talk and see that things have in common that both countries

They are a small country, but they do a fine job preventing their land from being wiped off the map.

We don't have a really close relationship.

The best way would probably sending ambassadors (in Germany we have huge problems finding active and good ambassadors), but direct talks between MoFAs and/or CPs are also a good way to have some good relations.
