אי ישראלים יקרים

ראשית אני רוצה להציג את עצמי,שמי מיכאל אני בן 26 גר בורסו.
אני משחק באיריפבליק מדצמבר 2009,במשחק נולדתי בפולין ושם התחלתי את הקריירה הפוליטית שלי :
באוגוסט 2010 הייתי שר החוץ מטעם פולין,בתום הקדנציה עברתי לישראל עקב הזמנה מPerfect.Knight וDean Michaely.
מאז אני משחק בישראל שנתיים עם הפסקה קצרה בה הייתי שר ההגירה של פולין.
בישראל הייתי 11 פעם חבר כנסת.
4 פעמים שר החוץ
וגם סגן שר הבטחון ורב אלוף של צה"ל שאז היה היחידה הצבאית היחידה בישראל.
יחד עם RvP
ארגנו את צה"ל וקידמנו אותו לתפקוד מאוד יעיל.
בספטמבר 2011 הייתי נשיא ישראל,התקופה שלי הייתה משובחת ביותר ובספטמבר האחרון 2012 נבחרתי להיות שוב נשיא ישראל.
בתקופה זו הצלחנו לאחד את צה"ל ליחדה מרוכזת אחת
כמו כן חתמנו על חוזה עם אירן שמקנה לישראל יציבות כלכלית.

החודש אני רץ שוב לנשיאות ישראל.

החודש צפוי להיות לא קל בכלל לישראל בגין המצב הכלכלי הקשה בו היא נמצאת.
אנחנו נמצאים במצב באמת בעייתי ונצטרך לעבוד ביחד על מנת לצאת מהבוץ.
זאת אינה דרך נכונה לחלק את ישראל לקבוצות שונות,כן עלינו להיות מאוחדים ככל האפשר.

שוחחתי ארוכות עם הכלכלנים הטובים והמנוסים של ישראל ומנסיוני ונסיונם עלה התכנון לתיקון מצבנו הכלכלי.
הנשיא הקודם רצה להבטיח יציבות כלכלית על ידי הפסקת האספקה ליחדית שמשון,אישית אני חושב שזה היה רעיון לא מתוכנן לא חכם וחפוז,במיוחד בדרך שבה הוצג,לשם מה?
זה אינו נותן לישראל דבר מלבד זמן.
אם הנשיא לא היה מקצץ אספקה של שמשון שתי היחידות לא היו מקבלות אספקה בעוד חודש,אפילו פחות בגלל חוסר הכסף באוצר.
עכשיו לאחר שנגמרה האספקה לשמשון היחידה שמקבלת היא רק צה"ל.
אך אסור לנו לשכוח שלאחר חודש חודשים הכסף יגמר וגם צה"ל לא תקבל אספקה.
לכן זה לא היה הפיתרון.

מה שכן נחוץ לישראל זה שיפור המצב הפיננסי .
לשם כך יש שתי דרכים עלי לבחור בדרך אחת וליישם אותה
אם אני אבחר אני אתן בידיכם את הזכות לבחור באיזה דרך ללכת.

הרשו לי להסביר את שתי האפשרויות

דרך #1 הפרטה מלאה
למדינה אין כסף לחלק אספקה.
אנחנו יכולים להכריז על צה"ל ושמשון כיחידות הממומנות ע"י הממשלה ולפתוח יחידות פרטיות שלא ימומנו דרך הממשלה
צה"ל תהיה היחידה של המדינה אך נצטרך לעשות ארגון מחדש.
אם היה פחות אנשים ביחידה זה היה הרבה יותר קל,אנשים היו יכולים לתרום את החברות שלהם למדינה
בחברות אלה כל חייל יעבוד בשביל אספקתו.
מה שנקרא מילואים.
ככה זה עובד כיום בכל העולם.
אם אכן נבחר בדרך זאת נצטרך מקשר בין כל מנהלי היחידות הפרטיות ונשיא המדינה,איש זה ישלח פקודות למנהלים ויפקח עין שהכל מתבצע כשורה.

דרך #2 ארגון מחדש
לא לפתוח יחידות פרטיות והשאר עם יחידה אחת - צה"ל.
מה לעשות אם אין כסף?
ניתן פה ליישם את "חברות המדינה"
זאת לדעתי האפשרות היחידה,אך הבעיה זה שיש 200 איש ביחידה ושרמת הפעילות בישראל אינה גבוהה ועל כן זה יהיה קשה למצוא כ"כ הרבה חברות ולנהלן.
עדיין אפשר לנסות.
העניין הוא שאם לא נמצא אנשים שיתנו חברות וינהלו אותן לא יהיה ניתן לחלק אספקה.

עוד עניין שיעזור לכלכלה של ישראל הוא להפחית את מספר החוזים של MPP,
הגנה הדדית מה שנקרא.
למען האמת סביב ישראל נמצאים רק בני ברית שלנו,לשם מה צריך 15-20 הסכמים כאלה?
אם אבחר יחד עם אנשי נבחר 6-7 מדינות איתן נחתום.
אין כל צורך ליותר מזה.
אם תהיה מדינה שתרצה הסכם כזה איתנו ולא תהיה ברשימה שבחרנו נצטרך לסרב בנימוס ולהסביר שיש לנו בעיה כלכלית,הם בטוח יבינו.

ישנה אפשרות שנצטרך לשנות כמה מסים,בכל אופן לא אפרט כאן על כך משום ששום דבר עוד לא נקבע בעניין זה.
אני גם מייעץ לכם לקנות נשק ואוכל בשוק הישראלי למרות המחיר הגבוהה יחסית זה מאוד יעזור לכלכלה שלנו.

כמו שאתם רואים המצב הכלכלי הוא המטרה מספר 1 שלי
אך אין לשכוח משאר המשרדים.
משרד החינוך\פנים עושה עבודה טובה מאוד האוכלוסיה גדלה בישראל במידה ניכרת בזמן קצר.
אך מתחילת המשחק הבעיה היתה להשאיר את האנשים החדשים שמצטרפים למשחק.
השר ואנשיו עושים את עבודתם בצורה יפה מאוד ועל כן לא יהיה שינוי במשרד זה.
במשרד הבעיה הגדולה ביותר כידוע זאת הבעיה הכלכלית המדינה איננה מסוגלת להעניק בצורה ראויה בגלל שהיא צולעת כלכלית.
בכל אופן השקעה בשחקנים חדשים על מנת להשאיר אותם במשחק היא הזדמנות להגדלת האוכלוסיה לכן אני אמצא את הדרך לתת לאנשים האלה לאחר שצה"ל מאורגן מבחינת אספקות.

העבודה של משרד החוץ הוא יצוג ראוי של ישרל בעדן וחיזוק הקשרים עם בני הברית שלנו.
כרגע אנו מוקפים בבני ברית
כמו שקראתם עלינו לצמצם את הסכמי ההגנה ההדדית.
על מנת לשמר את יחסינו עם המדינות יש להמשיך בפרויקט השגרירים של ג'ון.
אני בעצמי מבטיח להשקיע הרבה זמן בערוצים סודיים של בני ברית ולהציג בפניהם את היופי של מדינת ישראל.
עלינו להפוך את ישראל למדינה מכובדת בעלת משקל ראוי בעדן ולא אפרורית שמשתמשים בה בשביל קרבות.
כשאני הייתי נשיא לפני 3 חודשים נציגי ישראל נכחו בכל הישיבות של עדן ועשו עבודתם כראוי.

כמובן שישראל חשובה ביותר כרגע אני אשמור על הבונוסים שלנו זהו גם תפקידו של שר ההגנה ,יחד עם זאת לא נשכח מבני הברית שלנו ולא נדרוך עליהם בדרך.
משרד ההגנה קשור למשרד האוצר
על מנת להרחיב על משרד ההגנה עלי לדעת באיזה דרך נפעל כדי לצאת מהחור הכלכלי הקשה.
אם נבחר באופציה הראשונה יפתח ג'ופ חדש עליו קראתם למעלה.
צה"ל תהיה תחת שליטת המשרד הוא זה שיבחר את מנהיגה יחד עם הנשיא כמו שזה עכשיו.
בין עת לעת תתארגן תקיפה משותפת בה כל היחידות יוכלו לקבל טנקים מהמדינה.

אם האופציה השניה תיבחר לא הרבה ישתנה.
הצבא יהיה תחת שליטה מלאה של המשרד.
הרב אלוף יבחר ע"י השר והנשיא.
בכל אופן נצטרך אנשים שיתנו חברות בהן יעבדו חיילים לייצור האספקה שתחולק להם.

Dear eIsraelis,

Firstly, I'd love to introduce myself.
My name is Michael, I'm 26 and I live in Warsaw, that's all about the real life. In eRepublik I've been playing since Dec 10, 2009. In eRepublik I was born in ePoland and there I began my political career; in August 2010 I was Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, after the cadence had finished I moved to eIsrael at the invitation of Perfect.Knight and Dean Michaely. Since then I've been playing for eIsrael (with one short break; one year ago I was Minister of Immigration in ePL) for 2 years! So far in eIsrael I have been: 11 times in the Knesset, 4 times the Minister of Foreign Affairs (under Rheinlander von Phalz, Perfect.Knight and OctaviusJ x2), also vice Rav Aluf of eIDF, when it was the only army in eIsrael, together with RvP we reorganized it and we made the army functioning very well. In September 2011 I was the Country President of eIsrael. My term was - like the people have said - very good. More about my term you can read in my articles which were written during my term. In September 2012 I was elected for my second term as the Country President of eIsrael. During my term we managed to unite the whole eIDF into one unit. We also signed an agreement with eIran whereby eIsrael could become financially stable country.

This month I am running for Country President again.

This month is going to be very hard for the state of eIsrael because of its financial problems. Improving the economy is the goal number 1 for me this month. We are really in a serious trouble that's why we need to cooperate together in order to get out of the hole. Dividing the society into a few groups is not the way eIsrael should go.

I have talked to top economists of eIsrael and due to their and my expierence I have elaborated the "Financial rescue plan". The previous CP of eIsrael wanted to rescue our finances by cutting off the supplies for Samson. Personally I believe this move was not well thought out and was done hastily, especially the way it was implemented. Why? This move gives eIsrael nothing but time. If the previous CP didn't cut off the supplies for Samson both units could not get supplies in about one month (even less) because of the lack of money in the treasury. Now, when the supplies for Samson are finished the only unit which gets supplies is eIDF. But we cannot forget we're in the red all the time so there would come a time when the state would not be able to deliver supplies to this unit too. When could it happen? Maximum 2 months?
It is not the solution.
There is something more what is needed to be done by eIsrael to improve its finances. There are two ways. I will have to choose one and implement. It is very important time now for us, very important things to be done and if I got elected I would like YOU to choose what way we should go through. That's why there is a big possiblity I will organise the referendum which you will be able to choose the way in. Let me explain the ways to get out of the hole now.

The Way #1 - Complete Privatization
The state of eIsrael has no money to deliver the supplies. That's why we could repeal eIDF as the only unit in eIsrael (except of Samson, we all do know the story) and do more private units which would not be fund by the state. eIDF would be the state's unit still but huge reorganisations would have to be done. If there were much less people in the unit there would not be a VERY big problem to find some people who could give their companies in order to make them "the state's ones". In such companies every soldier would work for their supplies. That is how it works in every country now. We would have to have a new position if we decided to choose this way. Something like the connector between the leaders of all private units and the Country President. Such man would have to send orders to the leaders and have an eye for everything that happens.

The Way #2 - The Total Reorganization
We do not make the private units and stay with one big national unit - eIDF. What can we do now if we do not have money? We could try to make the state's companies as well. That is the only way I do believe. However, there are about 200 people and we do know the reality of eIsrael; its activity etc. It would be quite hard to find that many companies and then to manage them. However, still we could try. The sure thing is if we did not manage to find that many people who could give us companies or who could manage the companies no one would get the supplies.

Another thing which is needed to be done by the state of eIsrael to improve its finances is the need to reduce the number of MPPs we have. Actually around eIsrael there are only our allies. What to have 15-20 MPPs for? If I get elected together with my people we will choose the 6 or 7 countries we will have an MPP signed with. There is no need to have more MPPs. If any country wanted to sign an MPP with us and was not on the list with the countries we want to have an MPP signed with we would have to politely refuse it saying that we are having the economic problems. Surely everyone will understand that.

There is a possiblity we would have to change some taxes as well if I got elected. However, I will not write more about it here because it is not yet decided that we will do so.
I also encourage you to buy the products from the eIsrael market. I know the prices may be high but you do understand that in the current times it is very important for the state.

Like you could read the economy is my goal #1 but we cannot forget about the rest of Ministries. The Ministry of Education/Interior is doing really good job actually. eIsrael in a short time reported a large increase in population. But since the beggining of this game the biggest problem has not been the fact of a lot of people joining the game but keeping them in game. Nowadays the Minister of Education and his people are doing their work very well like it was written. Why to change something what works well? In this ministry there will not be personnel changes. The continuity of service of the Ministry will not be compromised. One of the problems in this Ministry are again.. finances. The State is not able to organise many giveaways we all do know the reason. However, such an opportunity may not happen so soon in the future, I mean a large increase in population, that is why the State needs to spend some money on young people in order to keep them playing the game. I will try to find some money to organise a few giveaways for young people when the army is reorganised.
The task of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to keep good relations with our allies and strengthen the position of eIsrael in EDEN. Currently we live in a moment when we are surrounded by our allies; eTurkey, eCyprus, eGreece. Like you could read above we need to reduce the number of MPPs we have. If you read the part above you do know why that must be done. To keep good relations with our allies we need to continue the ambassador programm made by John TG. Very important thing is to keep good relations with our alliance. I can promise to spend time on secret channels of allies, representing the glory of eIsrael and its affairs. We must do everything for eIsrael to become a respected member of EDEN, and not just an ordinary, gray member whom EDEN needs for influence in battles. 3 months when I was the CP of eIsrael there was no a single EDEN summit or meeting for MoDs, MoFAs etc where there was no eIsraeli represenative who did their work actively.
eIsrael must first of all take care of its own business. So my goal is to keep our bonuses and this is the goal of the Ministry of Defence as well. Of course, taking care of our business we must not forget about our allies.
MoD is somewhat related to the Ministry of Finance and that is why if I wanted to write more about the future of MoD I'd have to know what way will we choose in our sample of getting out of the financial hole.
If we chose the Way #1 the new position will be formed. Above you read what a man on this position would have to do. eIDF as State's unit would be controlled by the Ministry and its leader would be chosen by the Minister and CP like it is now. Every now and then the Ministry would organise a joint attack for all units where everyone could get some free tanks from the State.
If we chose the Way #2 no many things would be changed. The army would be fully controlled by the Ministry. The Rav Aluf would be chosen by the Minister and CP. However, the Ministry would have to find some people who could give the State some companies where the soldiers could work and then to manage these companies by delivering supplies to soldiers who worked at them. The same would be done in the Way #1 with eIDF but on a smaller scale.
