哀闻友人Jin-Jang被禁 / Sad to hear that Jin-Jang is banned

由于凤凰怀疑e克罗地亚存有大量小号，他们向无头鸡管理员大量举报e克罗地亚的帐号， 使大量e克罗地亚的帐号在这几天内被禁。而Jin-Jang的帐号亦被波及，被管理员 以开小号为由被永久封禁，经上诉后维持原判。

Because Phoenix players believe that there’re a lot of multiple accounts in eCraotia, they reported many accounts related to eCroatia recently and some of reported accounts were banned. Jin-Jang is also banned in this wave since administrator said that he created multiple accounts. The result didn’t change after appealing.

本人对此事件深表遗憾，并相信Jin-Jang在此事件是无辜的。

I’m sad to hear that and I trust that Jin-Jang didn’t create any multiple accounts.



Jin-Jang在20.01.2010 (Day 792)出生于e克罗地亚的Slavonia。他对e中国和e日本有浓厚兴趣，曾向两国总统去信询问当地国情，当时e中国总统Tonystm数分钟后便给他回信，而当时的e日本总统KITA Ikki并没有回信。Jin-Jang后来跟Eric Chen联络上，Eric热烈地欢迎了他，寄上了机票，并协助他在e中国 的生活。

Jin-Jang was born in Slavonia, eCroatia on 20.01.2010 (Day 792). He is greatly interest in eChina and eJapan. He sent PM to the presidents of both countries asking how the life in the countries is. Tonystm, eChina president at that time, replied him in a few minutes but KITA Ikki, eJapan president didn’t reply him. Jin-Jang contacted Eric Chen later. Eric welcomed him nicely, sent him moving ticket and assisted him to live in eChina.

数日后，他加入成为e中国的外交大使，认识了当时的外交部人员bullseye_0718和Dartxile，开了一份代表e中国的报纸Embassy Of China，主力负责e中国驻e克罗地亚的外交事务。

A few days later, he joined to be one of the ambassadors of eChina. He met bullseye_0718 and Dartxile, the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at that time. He opened a newspaper called Embassy Of China responsible for the foreign affairs with eCroatia.

他是少有安装QQ的外国玩家，并定期跟国内玩家交流。他曾经是CNDA一员，在4月总 统大选后被任命为副外交部长，兼任了驻e波兰和e北韩的事务，同月加入e北韩国籍，并 当上国会议员，在e北韩政坛和媒体上极为活跃。

He is one of rare foreign players installing instant messager QQ to have regular communication with Chinese players. He ever joined CDNA. He becomes deputy minister of foreign affairs after the president election in April and took up the foreign affairs with ePoland and eNorth Korea simultaneously. He got citizenship of eNorth Korea and was elected as congress member in the same month. He’s quite active in politics and media there.

能够认识他和跟他合作是本人的荣幸，他本人暂时并无复活的打算，本人希望这件事不会太 影响他的RL，并随时欢迎他回归e中国的大家庭。

I’m honoured to meet and work with him. He doesn’t have any plan to re-born. I hope this incident doesn’t affect his RL much and welcome him to come back to join eChina any time.
