I think someone is doing something wrong for the ULJ nomination in the province of Kanto or maybe it is a game glitch.

Miyamoto_Musashi is not included.
Thank you for pointing out the error. That is an interesting flaw, but Yuuko personally has given me the ULJ list. I do not think it is her intention to let Bem01 run as an official candidate. I will PM her again to make certain.
