Yesterday, my country was attacked by the United States of America. Last night, Japan won that battle. We successfully defended Kyushu and signed mutual protection pacts with Hungary and Serbia to ensure that we aren't attacked again. We had to stand up for ourselves. I know that China understands the importance of standing up for oneself. You have been humiliated by the Great Powers before. We have too. The world remembers this August, when Indonesia used Japan as a door to invade the United States.

We won't let that happen again.

But know that Japan is not your enemy. Nor are we allied with Phoenix. We were never invited to join that alliance or even look at its charter. Their goals are not our goals. We have signed mutual protection pacts with Phoenix nations because they promised to defend us from the USA, not because we agree with their goals.

Most importantly, we do not agree with Hungary, Iran and Indonesia's occupation of China. And will not support any further aggression against her. We have already informed Phoenix that should China fall under threat, we will retreat Kyushu to the United States. We will not tolerate an invasion, PTO or anything else of our brothers.
