成為國家總統，除了成立政治地位之外，更重要的是要能夠了解國民的需求，而後改進政府，使政府以民為本，視民如傷。

首先，我想把在參選文中提到的所謂「增加政府的透明度」為大家說明。

我認為，中華民國的五大政黨成員們應該被納入內閣。因此，我建議取消副總統一職，取而代之的是邀請五大政黨的黨主席來填補副總統的職位。有重要事項時，內閣成員會交由五大政黨的主席投票，以便在行政院裏能夠引入新一波的創新思維，外交關係政策，和在野黨的反對性觀點。在立法過程中，這種程序相當重要，而我個人認為，在決策過程中，它也是不可或缺的。

在內閣名單方面，個人認為，這一屆的內閣成員，在各方面都取得了相當優良的成果。如果能成功選上，我希望他們能夠繼續留下。當然，如果他們選擇離去，我還是尊重他們的選擇。但願有意願的內閣成員能夠盡速聯絡我，這樣才能趕快找好最適合他們的職位，避免空窗期的發生。當然，十分歡迎對於入閣很有興趣的活躍國民。

我的政策十分簡單，主要可分為以下三大類。

軍事：防守我國的邊界-保護我們的未來

我們應該適度的提高軍事預算，以便讓國民們有足夠的力量保家衛國，以及進一步培訓我們的現有軍事高層人員，以便能夠部署海外的防守地區。畢竟，你不幫助別人，怎麼能期待別人回報你呢?


外交:”軟硬兼施得長久”

為了維持目前的和平關係，我們會和鄰近國家與盟國攜手合作。但是，我們會不計一切代價去保衛國家利益。


經濟:拿到更多的資源地來增加製造業的競爭力。如果我們想要進一步發展經濟，這是必要的。

別把我的政綱想的太複雜，好好的享受這珍貴的新年假期。我非常希望在2011年2月5日得到您的一票。非常感謝您的支持！

As a country president, it is not only important to establish a good political standing in the country, but also to understand and adapt to the changes necessary to improve the services provided to his fellow citizens.

The first thing I want to do is to make good on what I wrote on my last article about increasing the transparency of the Executive Yuan.

It is crucial that members of the Top 5 parties of the Republic of China be included into the daily operations. As such, I am proposing that the position of Vice President be removed, while the position in the cabinet would be split into five equal positions inside my cabinet, sat by the Top 5 Party Presidents.

Major decisions would be discussed and voted upon with members of these Top 5 Party Presidents, so we may hear, discuss, and vote on issues and introduce a new wave of innovative thinking, diplomatic relations, and opposing viewpoints. Such viewpoints are vital in the legislative process, but I personally believe it is important in the decision making process as well.

What about my nominations for our cabinet? Personally, I believe that the current cabinet members have done an exceptional job this month, and if elected, I would be glad to invite them into my cabinet. However, I also respect their decisions to refuse such an offer when the time comes. I ask that these cabinet members contact me as soon as possible, so I may begin looking for replacements. I also ask that active members of our country apply to become cabinet members if they are so interested.

My political platform is fairly simple.

Military: Protect our border – Secure our future

Foreign Affairs: “Speak softly and carry a big stick, you will go far”

Economy: Strive for new raw materials to enhance our manufacturing industry

Let’s keep things simple and enjoy our Lunar New Year holiday. I hope I may count on your vote on February 5, 2011. Thank you very much for your support!
