^.^ It's Alive! ^.^

Day 649, 15:46 Published in USA USA by PrincessMedyPi

Many people have been wondering what happened to PrincessMedyPi as of late, so I thought I would clear up the rumors of my deadness with a spiffy little FAQ.

ZOMG! I haven't seen you in ages! You were on top of the world and fell of the face of the planet...I thought you were dead! What happened?
IRL. As many of you don't know, I work at a non-profit business. For those of you who don't understand the world of non-profit, it means I work a TON of hours and rarely get time off. Since I started working at this job, my hours on eRepublik have decreased substantially. However, I am still here alive and two-clicking my way through this eLife.

I thought you were moving...whatever happened to that?
There's this thing called war. I wrote my article right before this beast of a war started in eRepublik. I had a list of nations I was going to travel to all lined up, including Japan and the UK. As they are PEACE nations involved in the war, I thought it would be in rather poor taste to go and visit. Plus, the citizenship thing made me stay so I would get my stars and stripes.

Why on Earth are you still playing this retarded game?
Well, I have a thing about streaks...and even though some bugged out glitches at the beginning of V1 have hindered the length of my work streak here...currently, it is 320 days. A feat I proudly celebrate every 30 days with my good friend Publius. I look forward to our high five celebrations. It's really what keeps me here. Without that, I probably wouldn't be two-clicking. But, the other thing this two-clicking world brings me is a yearning to continue to chat with all of you lovely folks on IRC and check back in on the forums. The day I miss a day of work will be the day I stop playing eRep.

So, what's next for MedyPi?
I really have no idea. I have been asking myself the same exact thing. I thought about starting up the podcast again, as I miss it terribly. I have thought about giving the presidency in some nation a real shot...not like my previous half-assed attempts. I have thought about moving. I have thought about just staying like I am. I have received offers to move to foreign lands. But, at the end of the day, I'm always torn. There are still people in the eUSA that I totally adore. Publius, Emerick, and Dickie Brophster are the three that always come to the forefront of my mind, but there are so many more. However, I have friends from around the globe, and could easily find myself in another nation having just as much fun as I have here. So, as I said before, I really haven't the faintest clue as to what I'll be doing.

If you have any other questions that I have not answered in this article, leave some in the comments and I'll gladly add them.

Kisses,
MedyPi
