i could live with such a congress.
hmmm...but list "proposed members of congress" is saying something different from here...it's saying that only 2 candidates per region will be qualified.
Sucks for the ones in Gyeonggi-Do...

Yeah, virusxPL. There was a glitch in congress, we had 12 regions before gyeonggido fell which should have made it 3x per and 4 wildcards; not sure what happened.
My condolences goes to the party members who lost their candidacy due to the gyeonggido RW. But there is always next month.
