[Iron and Wine] Campaign day 1: General Program and Internal Affairs

Dear Citizens of the eUnited Netherlands
The next elections will be on the 25th of June, in the upcoming week Iron and Wine will present its program in a serie of articles.
We will write articles about the following issues:
1. General Program of Iron and Wine and values of what our party stand for
2. Internal Affairs, our view on how to improve the eUNL for our citizens.
3. Foreign Affairs, our view on the relationships the eUNL has with other countries
4. Defense, our view on the Military structure of the eUNL.
5. Economy, our view on how the economy should be run and where we can improve things
6. Conclusion; Why vote Iron and Wine!
Today we will discuss the first 2 points of our program.
General Program of Iron and Wine
Iron and Wine is a party which obeys the law and will always respect the laws made by the congress of the eUnited Netherlands. We are an open party who doesn’t exclude anyone to participate in eLife. Recent issues with the Belgian Party have been escalated unfortunately but we as a party wish to grow after those issues.
Values
Iron and Wine is the oldest and one of the most respected parties in the eUnited Netherlands, we have always been open and always we know when it is the right time for change. We have some very good and active members who proved this country their service over and over again, with their high quality of work and high commitment. Even though Iron and Wine isn’t the biggest party in members we have been in all governments of the eNetherlands and eUnited Netherlands so far! Also we proposed the last 3 Presidents of the eUnited Netherlands. This means that quality of work and cooperation is a value which is very important for Iron and Wine. We are always trying to find solutions in difficult situations and to find the best compromises.
Iron and Wine whishes to maintain this status, however we do feel that the time has come for some changes. We will explain those changes in the program the upcoming days. We won’t change the image as an honest hard working party but we would like to see the eUnited Netherlands grow to higher heights. Though we will always respect other opinions then our own and we gladly discuss about points of difference.
eUnited Netherlands
It is Iron and Wine’s opinion that a lot of things should be discussed regarding the merger of the eNetherlands and eBelgium. At this moment we see a lot of irritation in the eUNL, and especially between the former Belgians and former Dutch people. Iron and Wine is still in favor of this merger but we would like to see some changes so we can work together to a better Union. It is our opinion that also BP members should abide by congress laws. If they don’t like them they can propose a change in the rules, but rules are there to follow not to disobey. Iron and Wine hopes for a fruitful continuing of the union where both parties accept and respect each other.
Internal Affairs
Iron and Wine has several points which we stand for on the internal affairs area. We are happy that the forum of the eUNL, is completely in English now so everyone can understand what is being said.
Babyboom
Iron and Wine hope to achieve a ‘babyboom’ in the upcoming weeks, this would mean that a lot of new players will join this game and therefore making the eNetherlands stronger. This is however, a very hard job to accomplish and therefore we would like to see many people thinking about how to achieve this the best way.
Health and Information
Another point Iron and Wine will focus on is information, the former Ministry of Health and Information did a good job and we think this should be continued, at least when we will have a new group of people joining. We think that information is essential for people to keep on playing this game. The Ministry of Health and Information has been disbanded but we would like to continue this under the banner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Congress
Iron and Wine thinks that there are too many congress rules at the moment. For example when a donation has to be made to the state companies or to the ministry of defense it will at least 24 hours before the minister can take the money. Iron and Wine will strive to improve the efficiency of congress and reduce the bureaucracy.
Constitution and Government form
At this moment Iron and Wine is satisfied about the Government form and the constitution; however we are open to changes and hope to improve some rules in order to improve the game pleasure.
Hospitals
There is currently only 1 Q5 hospital in the eUNL, Iron and Wine would like to see more Q5 hospitals. We are neutral about the region where this hospital has to come as there are many pro’s and con’s for every region.

I think you would do good to edit the following.

BP memebers have repeatedly made clear that they do not like how the actions of Bicky got extrapolated to the entite BP. And here you are doing it again. That can only hurt I&W's relation with the belgian part of eUNL citizens.

Nice article and to Jip it was not just Bicky but also another member of BP and personally i have never heard BP condemn the actions of its former party president. I do, however, agree with you that BP and IW need a good relationship which will benefit the entire union.
Short answer? No.
Long answer? It doesn't matter, it's an accepted law and everybody should obey it, including BP. They have repeadetly made clear they don't want to obey the rules because "they don't accept it", but still, we haven't seen any proposal on changing them.
Good article. I hink this is a good way to get voters for your party. And with this:

@ Flando true, but its hard we are trying too hard to prevent wars on our territory. Some good articles on blogs or websites can maybe boost a baby boom.

But I can be wrong. Try to convince me otherwise.
Than on congress rules. You claim these are laws. I do not agree on that, these are just rules for the forum congress, no laws. And elected congress members are chosen ingame and are not bound to some forum rules accepted by our forum. Although some of these rules are good, you have no way to enforce them on others. Trying to convince people is a far better way from a libertarian view. I do not hope I&W wants to become authoritarian.

first of all I will respond to the other article there,
As for the congress rules. You are right it was a typo it should be congress rules in stead of laws, however that doesn't change anything to the context of the part. I am NOT saying that they are bound to those congress rules, as there is no way to enforce them, but it is a way of showing that you do not accept the rules, and do not value the congress rules... The questions would be then:
'Can we ignore the constitution? as there are no ways to enforce it ingame?'
And no I&W doesn't want to become authoritarian but it is our opinion that everyone should abide by congress rules!

Well, I think that BP made mistakes, but it's not a surprise for a new party.
In the same time, I&W didn't follow rules about the election of the Congress's Chairman and there wasn't any problems for any of you to have a chairman who wasn't elected by the congress, like the rules said. Is there rules for everybody ? Is there rules that have to be follow and others which don't have to ?
It's not fair to blame the others to not abide laws when you don't abide them yourself !
