[IRAN] Fight for Justice. Fight with Honor.

Day 760, 21:57 Published in Iran Pakistan by Max McFarland 2

Citizens of Iran,

Salaam. I say this in my language, as I am not versed in writing yours.

Yesterday our executive and military leaders proposed war against you.
~ I voted Yes immediately, without doubt or reservation, because I trust my leaders.
Tonight I go to the Battlefield of Liaoning.
~ Today I fight 46 times with Q5 Weapons.
Tomorrow I go to the Battlefield of Liaoning.
~ Tomorrow I fight 46 times with Q5 Weapons.
It is my intent to shed your blood on the field of battle.

I think it is a shame our nations have come to this.
I think it is a shame you are on the side you chose.

Real Life Historical Digression:

In my opinion, this real life history is essential to understanding the true tragedy of this war.

Once, we had the clear opportunity to be friends. In 1951 you elected a bold man, محمد مصدّق, as your leader. He righteously nationalized your oil industry to free your people and your economy from British oppression; they still viewed your nation as no more than a colony. After the nationalization, this bold leader made appeals to the USA for friendship. He visited us in 1951, and famously stood before the Liberty Bell in Independence Hall, Philadelphia. He quoted Benjamin Franklin, his favorite American icon of freedom, liberty and independence. During his time with our President, he appealed to partner with the USA government and American oil companies on an equal basis, sharing profits 50/50 as your nation developed your native oil industry.

What happened? We spurned him in favor of the British. We cared so much for keeping our friends across the pond happy that we overlooked their greed and subterfuge, standing beside them, against you. When you expelled their spies, we replaced them with our own. When you attempted to build your young nation, your free nation, we overthrew your democratically-elected leader, your leader who loved the USA and idolized Benjamin Franklin. We organized a revolution, returning to power the corrupt and bloody reign of a monarch, the Shah. This was neither right nor just. This is what happens when we listened to the British, whispering in our ear, coveting your oil.

We have all seen where this history has led; what became of the Shah and his government. What if we had never overthrown your young democracy? What if we had accepted the hand of friendship you had offered? Your corner of the world could have been a very different place; we could have been good friends. Together, we could have had this, had we chosen you over your British oppressors.

What is the point of this?
~ The point is that none of us have learned the lessons of history.
~ The eUSA and eIran have both failed.
What has the eUSA done?
~ We have attempted to invade and colonize almost every neighbor.
What about you, eIran? What have you done?
~ You have invaded and colonized your neighbors.
~ You currently occupy colonies in China, India and North Korea.
~ In Phoenix, you have aligned yourself with the British. The British.

The actions of our eNations are riddled with mistakes, on both sides.
~ It saddens me that we could not have been on the same side.
~ It would please me if you were on our side.

In real life we still occupy unofficial colonies on both sides of your nation. Instead, we American Imperialists in this game prove to be the Liberators. This is irony, in perhaps its finest hour. We come to your eNation to liberate China; perhaps more. We come to you, after we have lost everything, knocked down to one region. We come to you as a humbled nation, to purify you of your greed and ambition. We come to save you from yourselves. We come to burn your colonies to the ground in purifying fire.

It is only right and just for you to lay down your weapons, to recognize your situation. Look at your hand; it is now you who are holding the whip, enslaving China to satisfy your own ambitions. Step aside. Give up the fight. Look upon the bleeding face of China, and give up the fight. Surrender Liaoning. Take your place as a righteous eNation.

You have the strength within you. You are one of the oldest cultures in the world. You are one of the first nations to recognize the immortal fight between good and evil, light and darkness, from the earliest teachings of Zoroaster, carrying this sense of justice with you throughout time. Look within yourselves, and realize you are on the wrong side in this fight. Stand beside us and let us liberate China. Perhaps then, one day, we may be allies, as we should have been from the start. Perhaps then we could be the friends that we should have been. You only need to see this battle for what it is… a fight for justice, for freedom, for liberty for China. Are you sure you are standing on the right side of history?

It is with this reflection upon history that I leave you to think.

Now, let us talk of something else:

It is a shame we must fight so close to یلدا. This is a time for families to be together, as I understand it, and yet almost 4,000 of you will be stranded in an American region after the battle. You should be home, in your country, with your families on this day; not in a region conquered by the USA.

It is for this reason I humbly offer you a gift; I also apologize for the inadequacy of my gift. Once Liaoning is in Americans hands, I offer freely two Q1 Moving Tickets to every Citizen of Iran trapped in Liaoning. Once Liaoning wears an American flag, any Citizen of Iran residing in Liaoning may comment on this article; it is your choice what you wish to say. Regardless, if you post a comment, from Liaoning, with Iran citizenship, I will send you a gift of two Q1 Moving Tickets so that you may return home. Once more, I apologize for the poor nature of my gift. It is small consolation for the impact of this battle.

For my fellow Americans who will scream at my actions, I ask you to consider waking up the morning of one of our holidays to see a foreign flag outside your home. I understand some may ask why I choose to help them; console yourself that I will offer equal help to the USA. All these tickets will be purchased in the USA, offering us economic benefit. Also, I will tally all the money I spend in this effort, and donate an equal amount to some USA government organizations. This allows the USA to gain greater benefit, due to the purchases happening in the USA, even though both sides receive equal direct benefit.

Citizens of Iran, I shall see you on the Battlefield of Liaoning.

We are enemies, but you have my respect for the history of your culture.
We are enemies, but you have my respect for the history of your nation.
We may be enemies for now, but I hope that one day our nations stand alongside as friends.

My Respected Enemies, Fight for Justice. Fight with Honor. O7

V/r,
Max
