[Interview Series] No.4 with Frixios2000
Hello and welcome to the fourth in the Interview Series and this one is with the current PP of the PCP...
How did you first get into eRepublik?
I was playing Grepolis (dark days they were), saw an advert for eRep and the rest is history
PCP recently dropped out of the top 5, how do you see them recovering if at all?
I think the PCP can get back up if there is a bit more activity from the younger players, being PP i have attempted to help them with food drops and competition which no one saw... but it could happen, I see this BDP overtaking of the PCP to be a bit of a fluke
Do you feel that it is going to be hard to recruit players to PCP now that they don't occupy that top 5 place and that now they can't run congressmen without outside help from top 5 parties?
Yes it will be hard to recruit players but I think if we keep a negative mindset that we are no longer in the top 5, and all that then that will be more detrimental. We can also recruit new players from outside the eUK as we are now part of a new fancy International communist project
You've been in Congress twice so far in your time in eRep, how do you feel those terms went?
The first one was boring... yeesh. The last term was a bit more interesting but I only came in half way through due to me having a break from the game but it were fun, a lot of T-Swizzle gifs to keep me entertained.
How do you feel about the current discussion/vote in congress to raise work tax to 3% and to raise VAT to 3% after two days?
As i aint in congress i am feeling a lil detached from it all but i think as we are poor from all the bad people who ran us it will be good to raise the taxes so we can be prepared to stop a forig dictator and to wage war or to MPP so its a good plan
I see that you used to be dMoE, what was that like?
fun, it was under the one they call SerF and I produced an article which i thought was pretty darn brilliant. I used to get on to the political scene, hopefully I will land myself another role soon.
Do you feel that the Communist ideas are sustainable/viable in eRepublik?
I think they are, if i were to become CP i would try and have a commune deal on the go, people give each other food, money, weapons etc. also i believe MU's should be government controlled, it just seems right. if orgs could buy up companies, hehe hehe... we would have a mass nationalisation program
What would be your advice to new players on the military side of things?
To fight where the DO's and friendly CO's are and also to just ask people where to fight and for help
What advice would you have for new players politically?
Pester the PP's like me to get on congress lists and pester the CP candidates for deputy positions on their cabinet
