What is International Brigades?

International Brigades is a MU who Works coordinated with RSP communes.
What are the goals of International Brigades?
Our goals is to meet with other left-wing and make operations together. Make defensive pacts and acting together.

How does International Brigades find necessary finances?

Every member of International Brigades is netural member of our communes. A reserving share cuts from the produces of members and those shares finances the wars.

Is it important to have much STR in International Brigades

No it isn’t. There is no condition about STR at International Brigades. Only condition is to fallow the orders and work for RSP communes.

Who are the commenders of International Brigades?

There are 3 commender in International Brigades which contains 1 fully authorized commender. At the Moment our 1st Commender is Elderion Sionnodel, 2nd Commender is Vasili Zaytsev and Bercdo.

How are the commenders of International Brigades being chosed?

International Brigades commenders are chosing monthly by the congress and assigns for a month. There are no obstruction to assign a commender more than once. The members who are punished by Diciplinary Comitee can not be assign unless Comitee approves.

Who can participate Congresses?

All the members of International Brigades have right to participate congresses. If our Diciplinary Commitee ban member for a month, member can participate but can’t vote.

Who are the Diciplinary Comitee?

Diciplinary Comitee becomes from commenders and 4 other choosen members. Comitee have to be assembled by at least by 4 members and only can decide with 3 members.



Why International Brigades never fight at conquest Wars?

International Brigades does not interest where are the members are fighting at if they are not acting together. International Brigades members can not fight for emperialist wars for imperialist side while he or she carrying the avatar of International Brigades. But only if the country had.

But only if the country had been PTO’d. They can fight wherever they wish while they do not carry International Brigades avatar.

Likewise, military operations can not be held for the conquest wars at the conguering wars. If a commender gives an order for such commender dismisses by International Brigades..

May i join International Brigades?

Every player of game is free on joining International Brigades. 2nd commender of International Brigades is responsible for recruiting Members. If candidate send message to 2nd commender, comitee votes about membership of candidate. While the comitee approves the membership of candidate the link of the job that member will be employed will be sended to member.

Halk Ordusu Nedir ?

Halk Ordusu, RSP Komünleri ile tam işbirliği içerisinde çalışan bir askeri gruptur.

Halk Ordusu Nasıl Finanse Ediliyor?

Her üyemiz RSP komünlerinin de doğal üyesidir, üyelerimizin üretiminden diğer TurKo üyelerinin aksine stok payı kesilir ve bu kesintilerle yapılan stoklamalar ile savaşlar finanse edilir.

Halk Ordusunda STR Ayrımı Var mıdır?

Hayır yoktur, Halk Ordusuna üye olmak için herhangi bir STR önşartı yoktur, tek şart verilen emirlere uyacağınızın tahaütünü vermek ve Halk Ordusu üyeliğiniz boyunca RSP Komünlerinde çalışmaktır.

Halk Ordusu Komutanları Kimlerdir?

Halk Ordusu komuta sistemi uyarınca biri tam yetkili 1. komutan olmak üzere 3 adet komutana sahiptir. Şu anda Halk Ordusu 1. Komutanı Eldarion Sionnodel'dir. 2. Komutanlar ise Vasili Zaytsev ve Bercdo`dur.

Halk Ordusu Komutanları Nasıl Seçilir?

Halk Ordusu komutanları düzenli aylık kongrelerde seçilir ve o ay boyunca yetkilendirilir. Komutanların birden fazla kez seçilmeleri önünde bir engel yoktur. Disiplin cezası almış kişiler, Disiplin Komitesi kararı olmadan komutan seçilemezler.

Kongrelere Kimler Katılabilir?

Kongrelere Halk Ordusu üyelerinin tamamı katılabilir. Disiplin Kurulunun vereceği aylık men cezasını tamamlamamış olan üyelerimiz ise kongrelere katılmakla birlikte oy kullanamazlar.

Disiplin Komitesi Kimlerden Oluşur?

Disiplin Komitesi, komutanlardan ve aylık kongrelerde seçilen 4 diğer Halk Ordusu üyesinden oluşur. En az 4 kişiyle toplanmalı ve en az 3 kişiyle karar almalıdır.

Halk Ordusu Neden İşgal Savaşlarında Savaşmıyor?

Halk Ordusu, üyelerinin toplu vuruşlar hariç, nerelerde savaştığına dikkat etmez. Yalnız şöyle ki üyeler herhangi bir ülkenin işgal savaşında, işgalci taraf için Halk Ordusu Avatarlarıyla vuramazlar. Yalnız bu durum PTO'ya uğramış veya gerçek halkı tarafından oyunda yöntilmeyen ülkeler için uygulanmaz. Halk Ordusu avatarı olmaksızın üyeler istedikleri yerlerde savaşabilirler.

Aynı şekilde Halk Ordusu toplu vuruş emirleri hiç bir hal ve şart altında bir işgal savaşında işgalci taraf lehine vurulmasını içeremez. Böyle bir halle karşılaşılması durumunda emri yayınlayan komutan derhal görevinden uzaklaştırılır.

Halk Ordusuna Ben de Katılabilir Miyim ?

İsteyen herkes Halk Ordusuna katılabilir. 2. Komutanlar üyelik işlerinden de sorumludurlar ve 2. komutanlara pm ile ulaşmaları halinde disiplin kurulunun ilk oturumunda üyelikleri oylanır. Üyelikleri onaylandıktan sonra, çalışacakları işyerinin linki ile birlikte diğer gerekli bilgiler de kendilerine ulaştırılır.
