ERepublik labs, with permission from Lionsgate films have decided to begin work on a new game idea, closley resembling the hit movie "The Hunger Games"!!!


Game admins, in an effort to win back player interest, have revealed some details of the plan, which may begin as early as February 2013!


Will it be you?



Computers will randomly select 1 citizen from each existing country in the erepublik world to participate in the games from a list of volunteers. If there are no volunteers, a citizen will be selected from the general population of the country. Should that citizen decline the honor, the nation will be excluded from the games but suffer a 20% resource penalty for a period of one year!

**Participants must be of at least level 25**

Once the participant list is finalized, the selected citizens will train daily to aquire special health points exclusive to the contest in addition to points given to them from " sponsors" sold from the special items menu of erepublik. Well trained and supported citizens will have a definite advantage!



After 30 days of training the contest will begin, computers will randomly assign " damage points" daily which will be given a range based on the average of all health points gained by the citizens during the training period. Meaning a citizen could be finished by 1 hit in one day or 20 all dependent on random chance.


Do you have what it takes?

Once a citizen is "killed" their strength is reduced to zero! They are rewarded with a participant medal and the honor of defending their nation!

To the final surviving winner (no ties allowed) goes a 5000 strength award and a "Winner of ERepublik Hunger games 2013" Medal!
