Indians! Are you bored with your current eLife? Looking for a new exciting adventure? Ever thought about becoming an ambassador for India? Because this is your chance! India is looking for people who would like to take a peek in another country, find out what's going on and teach the people there about our beloved country. Think this is you? Do not hesitate, APPLY!
Why do we need ambassadors?
As we all know, India is a neutral and friendly country. We respect our friends and allies and they deserve to know what's going on in India. Are you interested in meeting new people and becoming part of politics and international business? Then this might be something for you.
What do we expect from ambassadors?
You do not have to move to another country, you can, but it's not necessary. What is necessary is that you join the forums of that country and if possible the IRC. There you make yourself known to the Government and other interested people and you'll represent India if they have questions. If it's about pure diplomacy, send them through to me, but any other question is for you to answer. Next to that you'll be searching for companies or business groups who might be interested in starting trade with India. The goal of this job is to make sure that we establish better relationships with countries in the whole eWorld and personally you meet a lot of new faces and hopefully make some good friends.
Where to apply?
Well that's really easy, send a message to the Indian Foreign Affairs account and your apply will be handled. In the message you must give a motivation, the country you prefer and a reason why you want to go there. You'll get a reply as soon as possible whether you'll be an ambassador or not.
